A bit way out of town, own transport (at least a rental motorcycle) of advantage if you do not want to rely on tuktuk service	prompt, professional as ever
Peter Reginald Matthews 2008-06-29 until 2008-07-13	Baan Duangkaew Resort, Hua Hin, Takiab Beach verry verry good i chose this resort based on what the posts said and was even better than expected,the staff were friendly,the pools where clean and close to the rooms,the beach is large and empty take your own food and drinks,the town is to far to walk 20b bus or tut tut 10min, ok downsides the air con verry verry noisy and next to the bed,if you have a special lady to spend time with or a quite holiday with the family this is the place.	verry good

What a shame that we had no time to use the hotel s two swimming pools. Maybe, next time.	Two thumbs up! Fast booking. Very helpful staff. They provided me some good alternatives and suggestions after my first choice had been fully booked..
Dan 2008-05-03 until 2008-05-05	Baan Duangkaew Resort, Hua Hin, Takiab Beach This hotel was a very nice hotel if you are looking for a place to go to relax. Each bungalow has a glass front that you can see the beautiful landscaping they have done. It is a short walk to the beach. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again.	Booking was quick and easy. No complaints.
Haug 2008-03-17 until 2008-03-21	Baan Duangkaew Resort, Hua Hin, Takiab Beach We truly enjoyed our stay. We loved our little hut, the pool and the lush green surroundings and felt very comfortabel. The staff was fantastic and we really loved the little laid back restaurant with great local food. Our children (aged 1 and 7) really enjoyed it and seemed to be the hit among the staff. We truly recommend this place. The beach is within easy walking distance and quite nice.	Very good indeed. We were really happy that the comments of other guests could be trusted and helped us make a good decission.
Jari Liitola 2008-03-15 until 2008-03-22	Baan Duangkaew Resort, Hua Hin, Takiab Beach This is a place for us: very cosy, excellent service, cute bungalows which all surround big enough pools (there s two pools). Ie. if you are keen on 5 star Hilton or other American playground for stinky rich people, this is not for you. If you want peace, green gardens, personal service and place like your own summer cottage , this is for you. Location is good, 200m to the beach, 200m to the good steak restaurant (Papa John s steak house). To the store and shopping areas you ll have to take a tuktuk, but it s 100-150bht (2-3 euros). The resort area is lush green and very good place for families with small children ..and the rest of us too:). Only minus is a breakfast. It s cold american buffet with 3 kinds of eggs, bacon and sausage with white bread. Breakfast is served outside. And if you want to eat dinner in the duangkaew, don t...food is ok, but the restaurant is not. Go to Takiab Village, it s full of small genuine Thai restaurants. Overall a very good value for money - go there!!	Worked, so excellent!

Love the two swimming pools and bungalows in a tropic, floral setting. Although this hotel is not on the beach, nor can you see the beach from the hotel, the beach is a short walk from the hotel. Such a relaxing environment! Friendly, kind staff and good restaurant on site.	Sawadee.com has been very accomodating in the past with changing dates and room types. Very prompt service.

Enjoyed staying in this hotel very much. Would certainly go back. Staff were at all times helpful and pleasant. Nice pool too. Great location - a little walk from the beach	Worked very well

The rooms were spacious, pleasant and clean - all overlooking pools. No problem getting into town - highly recomend for families, though pools not fenced off. For best massage in town walk to the end of the street and straight opposite on Petchakasem road you will see a small house with sign for massage and taxi service. Hua Hin is a great place.	Good booking service- we had no problems

The hotel is not at the beach, but this is no problem, because the beach of HuaHin are/is not nice ... rent a motocycle and drive from the hotel to a other beach in the south (15min) ...	perfect like every time
