Very well maintained resort, nice decor, child-friendly, fast and efficient room service. If you happen to meet the owner, consider yourself lucky. A most gracious hostess. Be sure to specify if you want a room with double or single beds when you book. Gets full really fast so book way ahead of time if you can. regular rates are a bit pricey, so take advantage of the promotions.	fast, easy and convenient.
Sheree Paramasivam 2008-08-21	Baan Laksasubha, Hua Hin, Hua Hin Beach, Naresdamri Rd. We have an 8 month old baby and were given a baby cot and baby bath for him which was very good. The room was comfortable, set in pleasant garden surroundings and only a short walk to the beach and town/night markets so a good location. We will be happy to return and recommend to anyone.

We thought the hotel was fantastic, we had a 2 bed garden suite and there was more than enough room for the 4 of us, the staff were great friendly and very helpful, my 7yr old was stung by a jellyfish and the staff acted very quickly and were great. The accommodation was spotless, we would definately go again and would recommend, with easy walking distance to plenty of resurants and shops and right on the beach. A real peace haven but at the same time child friendly...which was hard to find amongst the honeymoon hotels and spa resorts. A new hotel and a great find for us.	Very efficient and easy, would use it again for ease and peace of mind.

My family and I would most definitely return to this place. Much better than staying at the Hilton s or other hotels next door. And the staff were most helpful and friendly.	Fast and efficient.
Khun Sirikanya Kankaeu 2008-07-05 until 2008-07-06	Baan Laksasubha, Hua Hin, Hua Hin Beach, Naresdamri Rd. Excellent ! We enjoyed to stay at Baan Laksasubha. Friendly and helpful staffs. The resort is beautiful, more than we expected. We stay in 3 bedrooms. Each room was nice & clean with almost everything a traveller would need. Internet access is free !! Located not fare from the city center Hua Hin night market. Highly recommended.	Staffs are excellent and helpful
Sabai	Baan Laksasubha, Hua Hin, Hua Hin Beach, Naresdamri Rd. New, but very small. The swimming pool is like a pond. 2 Bedroom unit is not convenient at all. Two rooms are not even connected. In order to go to the 2nd bedroom, I had to go outside and use stairs located outside of the building. The second best site in front of the beach within the propoerty is dominated by a house. The restaurant located at beachfront is a tent! It is the only restaurant in the hotel. Very shabby.
