Nice hotel - love the pool areal, great breakfast, loving staff, allways kind and helpfuld. only bad time was the kidclub. there where not many things.... so rember toys on your on....	exellent.... thom up.

Seperate, large, poolarea for the children, very good. We really like this resort and a big thanks to the lovely and helpfull staff!!!	Nice and easy!

JLLJ 2008-03-22 until 2008-03-29	Phuket Orchid Resort, Karon Beach Excellent hotel with great pool-area, especially if you travel with children. We stayed 2 adults & 3 children in a familyroom which was a bit crowded but ok. Only downside is that it felt like you were in kanarieöarna, all the vendors around the hotel and even at karon marketplace are very agressive in their hunt for customers. If they only left people alone they would have better business... Will not go back to Phuket again, it´s too exploited and does not feel like Thailand anymore.	Smooth and easy.

I wished the safe would be included in the price and not charged extra. Pool area was very nice, however the water was too warm for me (ne real refresh). The food was fine and professionally organized. I enjoed the stay :-)	no problems, just professional

But this year we could see that some parts of the hotel was going apart, such as the pool which need some serious maintenence (and some cleaning of the pool wouldnt hurt). The rooms where clean and good, but the beds are pretty hard so it gets hard trying to sleep. But the beds doesnt stop us from going there again.	The booking worked perfectly and we are really happy that everything turned out the good way.
Ekelund Katarina 2008-02-02 until 2008-02-07	Phuket Orchid Resort, Karon Beach We loved the hotel. We stayed in a jazzuci room, with two kids. The liked to have a playtime in the jazzuci in the afternoons. The staff was very friendly, specially to the kids. The hotel is situated just some minutes walk from the beach, at a quiet area, without traffic. Next time to Karon we will for sure stay at The old Phuket .	Easy and perfect functions.

The room, staff, food and the hotel in general is excellent and we would highly recommend it. It is minutes from the beach and in between Karon centre and Kata.	The booking service I found very good, with no problems at all. We received everything we asked for in our room requests.
Troost 2006-12-24 until 2007-01-07	Phuket Orchid Resort, Karon Beach A very nice hotel to spend your holiday with your kids. The 3 beautifull pools are very nice, also for the little kids. The food is also very good. The breakfast is available till 10.00 and that is to early, I think. But the beds in the rooms are very hard, so you must go on a early breakfast!	Sawadee.com was trying very hard to help me find a accommodation, but did not handle my overbooking very good. This was partly to blaim on the hotel, but also to Sawadee.com.
Gunnar Stefansson 2006-12-20 until 2006-12-28	Phuket Orchid Resort, Karon Beach Not at all the Thai standard that we have seen elsewhere. The hotel is very noisy, hotel staff and their work around the hotel makes the hotel a very noisy place. Too expensive compared to what we got! A large hotel and not very cosy. The staff are friendly but not at all in the Thai way that we have liked elsewhere in Thailand. Safes have to be paid for!? Room cleaning certainly not acceptable; very dusty. Breakfast not dull and boring. We re not returning to this hotel.	Booking service worked very well.
