Very friendly staff and clean and tidy. We also used the New Heaven Dive School which was excellent they have small groups and all training is done in the sea.	Excellent, very efficient and good communication.
Ryan Hallowell 2010-06-10	New Heaven Bungalow, Koh Tao, Thian Og Bay When we arrived at 11 AM staff was asleep and we had to wake people to check in. Resort is overpriced and in a bad location. Cabs very expensive to the resort especially at night.	Great booking
Ludovic 2010-05-16	New Heaven Bungalow, Koh Tao, Thian Og Bay It is expensive for what you get. We were in family room (2 bedrooms, only one with A/C, so impossible to sleep in...). Old and outdated bungalow. Others bungalows seemed better. Restaurant has a great view and is very good. Prices of dishes is a bit expensive, you pay the view.

The bungalow was a wooden house, the airco did not work when we came home in the evening....believe me it is to warm to sleep without it. The open air bathroom was nice to see but when you got out of the shower you where stepping on fallen leaves and stuff. Bad value for momey!!!!! Never again!!!!when we checked out earlier we had to pay one night as compensation....3000 B!!!!!!
Iris 2010-03-08	New Heaven Bungalow, Koh Tao, Thian Og Bay an amazing view, really romantic! u can see the sea from ur bed when u book the romantic seaview! Very friendly staff!!!Greetz to the Afro and the smart guy who really offer great chilling music fitting perfectly to the ambient and holiday-mood! ;O))) The only bad thing are the steps u have to climb when u leave ur bungalow, but a good workout when this is the only sport ;O) All in all we had a great honeymoon there and can only recommend this special place!	ThanXX for the great time we had in ur special place!!
Kuther 2010-03-03	New Heaven Bungalow, Koh Tao, Thian Og Bay very nice bungalows and nice decors. the private beach is not beautiful and very dirty, without any services. Good restaurant but service is very long and opening hours for breakfast not easy with childs ( too late)
