Siew Hon Hoe 2009-09-10	Holiday Inn, City, Riverside Hotel Room is very spacious. Swimming pool is small and the view of the river is a waste of times. The river is so dirty and muddy. Nice Hotel and nice Chinese Food.	Very prompt and effective
A Miranda 2009-08-14	Holiday Inn, City, Riverside We booked a river view room and were offered an upgrade to the executive floor renovated rooms for a small fee. The room was superb but we had airconditioning probles. Later we were told that the airconditioning was weak on the last three floors (with renovated rooms!) We were upgraded to a suite on the 17th floor which was superb. The staff were friendly and obliging and the hotel although a bit old (carpet along corridors is showing signs of wear) is in pretty good condition, especially the lobby. Amazing buffet breakfast set along the river and a good modern gym to work it all off later. As for location it s 60 BHT to the night market by tuk tuk- overall a great experience with the upgrade.We would certainly consider stay there again	As always sawadee is spot on and prompt.
Gareth Leow Jia Hui 2009-04-12	Holiday Inn, City, Riverside nice large room with good views of the river, polite and helpful staff, good breakfast. Compratively to Duangtawan with similar rates, I will go for holiday inn. However, the hotel is rather old and the room could do with an update but for the price, you can t ask for too much.	perfect as usual.
Kevin 2009-01-17	Holiday Inn Chiangmai, City, Riverside Surprisingly cheap and affordable. Although the hotel it self is an old building, the rooms were huge. Bathroom could have been better, but everything else was good. Breakfast had a lot of good variety. Great hotel I will stay here again for sure on my next visit to Chiang Mai. Definately recommended!!!	No problems!

John Mascola 2007-05-31 until 2007-06-03	Holiday Inn Chiangmai (former Sheraton C, City, Riverside When I initially booked this hotel, it was the Sheraton. Quick thinking on the part of the airport taxi despatcher sent my taxi in the right direction: Sheraton Holiday Inn. My room was large and spacious, with adequate room for suitcases. The buffet breakfast was tasty, with many Asia, Japanese, and Western favorites available.	Smooth running with no flaws.

The rooms are very clean and spacious (thanks to the upgrade). The only setback is that I have requested for King size bed but only twin beds were available. The food served at the cafe is also excellent on both the breakfast buffet as well as A La Carte and room service. I will certainly revisit this hotel again. Regards, Jeff	Very good and well handled.
