Mohammed kharma 2009-05-02	Impiana Phuket Cabana, Patong Beach Dear, I was really surprised , as it was my first visit to phuket with my family, the hotel was perfect , as it was directly located on Patong Beach, all the stuff are very friendly , our rooms were directly on the beach view the A/C was working properly , few mosquitoes wondering the room if you keep the door open and the SPA is excellent as well as the swimming pool. I really recommend the hotel for people that want to relax and at the same time be in the middle of the night action. Thanks to all IMPIANA STUFF we will come again.	PERFECT
Mr Grant Benjamin Ogden 2008-11-24	Impiana Phuket Cabana, Patong Beach A lovely place right on Patong Beach. You just walk down a couple of steps to the beach (which is guarded by security) and you have plenty of deck chairs and umberella s set up to choose from. If you prefer to stay at the pool though, it also has plenty of deck chairs and an amazing view of the beach. The room was clean and comfortable but a little noisy. We had a garden view room where the local cats liked to congregate both day and night to fight etc and we could hear the traffic and music from the street. Another room further away from the street though and you probably shouldn t hear it. The free breakfast was a delicious smorgasboard with plenty of choices. The staff were courteous but not super friendly on our visit. They were happy for us to have a late check out of 6.30pm due to a 9pm flight (an extra 1000 baht) but we also had the choice of putting our bags in the cloaking room and using the hotel facilities for the day including showers to freshen up before we left (free of charge). They have two computers near the lobby for free internet connection but the connection is rather slow. You get a 30min time alotment but they will allow you to extend it if no-one else is waiting to use them. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definately go back again.	Sawadee is a fantastic booking service. Everything went smoothly for us including all cars booked. Will always use this booking service for trips to Thailand.
JOSE MANUEL ARRIAZA 2008-10-31	Impiana Phuket Cabana, Patong Beach The staff was super friendly, the hotel very clean and updated, and it s right on the beach. Unlike other hotels that say they are on the beach, the Impiana hotel literally is on Patong beach. I will be staying here on my next visit for my entire stay. I made the mistake of booking two hotels for my stay and lets just say that I should have stayed here fro the entire stay. The only minor issue I had was with their internet connection speed. I used up 15min of my 30min allotted time just waiting for the page to load. Other then that my stay was perfect.	Pretty easy to use. Wish they could just charge the full amount at once though.

David Knight 2007-06-01 until 2007-06-08	Impiana Phuket Cabana, Patong Beach The style, location and service were definitely well above normal for Phuket. That is high praise indeed, as most places offer excellent service. However the location and style of the resort singles this property out as simply one of the best. The staff could not do enough for you. Everything was about as good as it gets. Located literally right on the beach with one of Patong s best restaurants in house. The contemporary, pavilion-styled Siamese buildings and rooms, were ample, pleasing and aesthetically calming. A superb place to stay. I would stay there again.	Online booking was easy and effective; with great follow up with reminders to pay for the booking as it progressed. Simple, easy and safe.
