Melanie Lottering 2009-07-11	Karon Sea Sands Resort & Spa, Karon Beach Poolside room was excellent value for money. Very clean. Staff friendly, although not much English spoken. Good selection of food for breakfast. Close to beach [100 meters] and market. Situated in a much quieter area than Kata or Patong. Lovely pool suitable for all ages. Internet facility available at 200baht per hour. This is expensive as many places around the corner offer at 60 baht per hour. Would return to this hotel.	Very efficient, with reminders! Best rates offered for this hotel by comparison with other websites.
Cheryl Russell 2009-06-02	Karon Sea Sands Resort & Spa, Karon Beach Karon Sea Sands was good value for money and in a good location at Karon Beach. The room was clean and a good size and the outlook to the pool very pleasant. The staff were both friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good and the egg cooking man, very popular with guests. The safe in the room was a convenient place to leave valuable items safely.	The booking service was excellent. We stayed for 8 nights, and only paid for 5, which was a great saving!
Hollie Feakes 2009-04-26	Karon Sea Sands Resort & Spa, Karon Beach This hotel was fantastic. We had a pool access room which was spacious and clean and we could enter the pool directly from our balcony. The buffet breakfast was great with lots of variety, always something different every morning and the staff were very efficient. We found that this hotel was in a great location - across the road from the beach and the main shops and markets were just down the road. This was a much nicer area to stay than Patong, much less busy and a bit more relaxing. Still Patong is only a 5 minute Tuk Tuk ride away. I recommend not booking any tours through the hotel - we did and then found out that other people on our tours sometimes paid half the price by bargaining with tour shops on the street.	Booking service was excellent. Sawadee staff were always quick to reply to emails and we had no hassles with any of our transfers or bookings.
Beate Margrethe Huseby 2009-04-18	Karon Sea Sands Resort & Spa, Karon Beach We stayed 3 nights at this hotel after having spent 11 days in Khao Lak. Nice hotel at a perfect location in Phuket, although we prefered Khao Lak. The rooms were nice, but we were troubled by the fact that the pool bar was located just outside our rooms. We had booked two pool access rooms, and would absolutely choose a different room category if we would return to the hotel.	Perfect! The reponse was quick and efficient.
Leanne Mckellar 2009-04-04	Karon Sea Sands Resort & Spa, Karon Beach Found the hotel to be very clean and a great small hotel for the price. We had stayed at the Andaman Sea View as part of another trip and found the Karon Sea Sands Resort & Spa more to our liking. Staff very friendly and helpful, enough variety for breakfast. Good location, with plenty of places to eat and shops to walk to. Would return to this resort again if we came back to Karon Beach.	Usual excellent service.
matthew Spurling 2009-01-14	Karon Sea Sands Resort & Spa, Karon Beach Was a nice hotel. Stayed in Pool access room which was awesome. Barely ever had hot water for showers which was a nusiance because I had a cold at the time. A few ants but no big drama. Staff where quite friendly and helpful. I think I would have had a better time staying further away from Patong region though, The beaches of Kata, Karon and Patong are lined with beach chairs and umbrellas. Not the paradise we where hoping for. Not a relaxing area to stay for a long time.	Awesome
Ray McLaren 2008-10-11	Karon Sea Sands Resort & Spa, Karon Beach Hotel was great with lovely pool or the beach right across the road. Karon is definitely a lot quieter than Patong which was nice for our relaxing holiday. We suggest that you budget in the taxi return fare to Patong. (it was 300 baht each way) We went in every second night. Only gripe we have is that we had booked a pool side room but I think they over book them as we were put in the family suite for the first two nights. No hardship as it was lovely. Would recommend Karon Sea Sands to anyone.	Sawadee booking service was excellent.
Tommy Karlsen 2008-09-24	Karon Sea Sands Resort & Spa, Karon Beach All in all a very nice hotel, with some downsides. Food and drinks are a bit expensive, but then again very available. Our pool access room was excellent, but not at all shielded from noise from the neighbor. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Close to the beach, and to shops and restaurants. This is also a TUI hotel, meaning you probably will meet a few Scandinavians. I ll be back.	Very convenient. Booked in the evening before check-in day, and the room was ready on arrival 11 AM.
Sarita Pandit 2008-07-21 until 2008-07-27	Karon Sea Sands Resort & Spa, Karon Beach excellent hotels. good large and clean rooms. We had two pool access rooms which were excellent. the indian food in the restaurant is very good. the minibar and restaurant rates are slightly on the higher side, but still good enough if you want to stay back and laze in the rooms on certain days. otherwise there are plenty of restaurants and a convenience store right outside. we would love to return to this place again.	very good and prompt. we had a slight misunderstanding over the bookings which were sorted out immediately as soon as it was pointed out to them. only disadvantage is the policy of full payment and no refund, which can be a loss to customers if they need to cancel the holiday due to some unavoidable emergency
