Kerry A Borland 2009-10-25	Baan Laksasubha, Hua Hin Beach, Naresdamri Rd. Perfect holiday location, we stayed for 14 nights and could not speak more highly of the resort. Breakfast each morning gave a large varity for all taste buds, the staff were wonderfull go out of there way to help you. The accomadtion is very clean and well kepted. We will difinatley be returning.	Appeared to be very good but when we arrived the accomadtion was not what we had thought we had booked, but the great staff at the resort soon fixed it, and we were very pleased.

Very good indeed.Beautiful grounds and in an excellent location.Stayed in 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor villa.Only thing to be aware is that access to the second bedroom is through the first.Very large rooms with walk in showers. Food in restaurant was excellent and staff very friendly.Pool good size.Short walk into town and night market 10 mins stroll.Overall extremely satisfied and will return. Thanks to all the team at the hotel.	Very prompt in replying and no problems at all. Will use again.
Klaudia Schaeperklaus 2009-09-20	Baan Laksasubha, Hua Hin Beach, Naresdamri Rd. The hotel is nice the rooms (superior) are big and very bright. But the aircon is too noisy, never before I had this in any other hotel in Thailand even with much cheaper rates. We changed the room, but it was the same. The staff was very helpfull. The breakfast was OK, but still not what you can expect from a 4star hotel. We will not book this hotel again.	perfect; very quick

Roger Leonard 2009-08-14	Baan Laksasubha, Hua Hin Beach, Naresdamri Rd. Stayed for three nights , family with three teenagers. Accommodation far exceeded our expectations. Rooms were very comfortable and had every facility. The location is perfect, in the middle of town and on the beach. Very professionally managed resort but at the same time very friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend. We stayed in the garden suite which was perfect for the 5 of us and the day bed was big enough for our 11 year old son.	Excellent.

Despite being a very regular traveler (business & pleasure) I have not made comment on accommodation before however Baan L..deserves a mention. It is very well located(unlike many establishments in Hua Hin). Rooms are modern well equipped clean in lovely garden setting. Breakfast(incl in tariff)is right on the beach in an idealic location-selection is good & varied-(omelettes cooked to perfection).Staff- their endeavour to please is exceptional.The customer focus culture is alive and well here! Evidence of such in my case was an episode when I returned from dinner in town to be greeted by 5/6 staff singing Happy Birthday with a cake(complete with my name in icing).Reception had obviously picked the date from my P port, these things show attention to detail that the large chains lack. Good luck Baan L... I recomend to all & will certainly return.
Petter Holst 2009-07-05	Baan Laksasubha, Hua Hin Beach, Naresdamri Rd. It was a real pleasure to stay on this hotel. The staff are very helpfull and positive. The room and cleaning service was excellent. The breakfast and resturant was good. The location was excellent, walking distance to every thing you need. The only negative to say is very much mosquitos. I will like to stay at this hotel again.	Booking service from Sawasdee is excelent as always
