Charles Alexander Szymanski 2009-12-04	Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, City, Sridonchai Road Nice hotel, staff friendly and helpful, didnt mind us checking in at 7:00 am, and didn t charge extra for early check-in, unlike some hotels, just had to pay for our breakfast.Nice pool and garden area too.	No problems with Sawadee.com booking service.
Lee Mun See 2009-11-21	Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, City, Sridonchai Road Hotel location is good. Within walking distance to the night market. Overall is satisfactory though hotel seems a bit old. Room does not looked as spaces as the photo. Breakfast is fine, normal. Hotel service is good, staffs are polite and helpful.	Online booking was smooth and fast. However,booking agent didn t have much communication with the hotel. Hotel staff was not aware of the airport transfer arrangement which we have arranged with the booking agent.
Anabelle Tan 2009-11-19	Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, City, Sridonchai Road booked with sawadee.com and got a steal with their rates. For only 4800thai bat, it included transfers, room upgrades and breakfast. Breakfast was buffet and fantastic. you have a wide spread of choices. from western to asian and american. Room was a little small but it was still fine. nice bed and duvet covers. Service was excellent As promised by sawadee.com, rep of hotel was waiting when i arrived at the airport and whisked away to the hotel at an instant.had a problem with the suitcase that had locked and i cant open it. they sent the engineer up who opened it for me but i was still doing bangkok so i wanted it locked again. front office manager udong helped me out, he asked someone to buy a padlock so i can still use my suitcase Im so thankful for this all this because in three hours i was going to fly out to bangkok already.Thanks so much Mr. Udong for helping me out.so much help was extended and i only have fond memories of chaingmai and imperial mae ping. Would suggest tours in the night bazaar areas than in the hotel.cheaper and good service as well. Booked with gem travel agency for tours. They have everything. from the elephant trek to flight of the gibbon and handicraft half day tour.	perfect service, especially as im booking online for the first time. booking agent Mr. Eddi was very patient answering my questions. And he patiently explained the the diff. offers of the hotel.Only regret i have is sawadee.com only do thailand hotels.. with such efficient service they should do asian hotels. I really admire the staff. very efficient and precise.In fact, i told people in my tour group to book with sawadee.com if youre doing thailand. Good rates, efficicient service...
Gareth Leow Jia Hui 2009-11-15	Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, City, Sridonchai Road Friendly staff at reception and good breakfast selection. However minor quirks include, my key card won t work on 2 both days after I came back from shopping - minor inconvenience solved at the counter. Strangely enough, my towels disappeared the morning after I went for breakfast. After checking with the housekeeping, they thought I was supposed to check out (which I am not). Its wierd since they only removed the towels and not make up the room as well...Overall, for the price I paid, it was well worth the money compared to their neightbour Duangtawan on a similar price category	perfect,as always

Keijzer 2009-05-12	Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, City, Sridonchai Road The hotel is the perfect place to stay if you want to visit Chiang Mai. The location is near the night market aswell the old city centre. The staff is very friendly. The room was big and clean. The swimmingpool very good. breakfast delicious. About Chiang Mai; we expected more of the night market and shoppingplaces, and, be aware of the tailors! In 4 days, 6 thai people came to tell us how good Tailor Viewping Collection is. Accidentilly all these people were on vacantion in ChiangMai specially for visiting the tailor, and all of them knew Holland very well, or had family living there. When we visit the tailor, his prices were very high. Almost 9000 bath for a suit while in Krabi (South of Thailand)a suit will cost 3500 bath!!!! The hotel didn t knew the tailor, but we found it very very strange! So be aware of them. The hotel is absolutely recommended and we definitely come back!!	Quick reaction when we wanted to change the booking. Absolutely recommended.

Jay Whitmeyer 2008-12-30	Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, City, Sridonchai Road This was my first stay at the Imperial Mae Ping and i will be back . I have stayed at many hotels and guest houses in Chiang Mai and this was one of the best experiences with a large hotel in Thailand . There is a parking lot if you are driving . You can walk to the Night Bazzar if you are interested . The staff was very nice . The breakfast buffet was also very good . The only negative thing i could say was I had a room located on the 6th floor on the north side of the hotel and i could hear loud noises coming from the many bars on that side . But considering you in the heart of the tourist area it s not all that bad . Great stay and value . And 2 very nice pools .	As always no problems
