Freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und ein grosser sauberer Pool mit warmem Wasser. So ein gutes Hoteöl findet man selten!!!	Alles perfekt und zuverlässig!
Gary Conklin 2007-12-04 until 2007-12-08	Jomtien Palm Beach Hotel & Resort, Jomtien Beach Very nice hotel. I had a great coner room right above the pool and a great view of the sea. The downside is the noise and loud music outside until about 2:00am. Good restaurants and bars. The security staff will question Thai women even when escorted by foreigners which is rude. i would probably stay their again though.	Great service. no problems.
Frank Waters 2007-09-01 until 2007-09-02	Jomtien Palm Beach Hotel & Resort, Jomtien Beach This place is quite good, they have 3 swimming pools, 2 of them very nice, and suitable for exercise swimming. The hotel is very near the beachfront and many restaurants. The staff is quite professional, and polite, and there is a LOT of security, which is a good thing.	It seemed to work pretty good.
Edward Hall 2006-11-20 until 2006-11-22	Jomtien Palm Beach Hotel & Resort, Jomtien Beach This hotel has a 30% higher rate with direct booking than through Sawadee; forget about extending stay on the same rate, the staff will simply refuse to assist. Rate for Thai nationals less than the rate through Sawadee but, when accompanied by a foreigner, even if the Thai national pays, the rate will be immediately elevated to the foreigner rate if they see your face. Very unpleasant experience at check-in. We declined to use the reservation made by the Thai national and moved to Royal Cliff beach resort where no such practice exist and the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. I utilised the booking made through Sawadee later as this was paid and non-refundable. Rather miserable place; mostly due to less than friendly and helpful staff. Will not use this hotel again..	Excellent service from Sawadee; response time on last minute bookings, as frequently happens when one is resident in Thailand, could be improved, avoiding the hassle of dealing with hotels directly.
Mr.James Parker 2006-01-24 until 2006-01-29	Jomtien Palm Beach Hotel & Resort, Jomtien Beach Everything was fine up until I checked out. I lost my safe deposit box key and found out later that I would not get back my 1,000 baht deposit, plus they charged me another 3,500 baht for losing the key! I can understand giving up 1,000 baht for deposit but I do not understand the 3500 baht charge. The staff did not care one way or another and charged me the full amount anyway, even after I complained. For this reason, I find the hotel staff to be unprofessional and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!
Mr Alan Earle 2006-01-19 until 2006-01-25	Jomtien Thani Hotel & Resort, Jomtien Beach Very friendly staff, very close to the beach, very spacious room with great sea view. Breaky was good with alot of choice. Hotel getting a bit dated but all in all an ok hotel. Would stay here again.	No problems, great service.

Good: The staff spoke very good english, very nice breakfast buffé. Baby cot for free. Very nice swimmingpoolarea with separate chrildrenarea. Bad: A big hotel like this must offer non smoking rooms.	Good, no problem at all, we will do this again!!
