Sohail 2009-06-27	Als Resort, Chaweng Beach very good hotel, room are normal, location is excellent, very good staff, near to beach and all night life and shopping area. nothing to say negative, very need clean and wonderful resort, we will come definatly again if we visit samui next time, no need find any other location, pool is on beach and also in centre,	very good
karon macdonald 2009-04-18	Als Resort, Chaweng Beach This is our second stay at Als, it has one of the best locations on Chaweng, we stayed in the villa suite for the price I think the room could be updated it seemed a little old compared to the new villa s which looked a lot better although they are at the back of the resort. Breakfast could be better as we stayed 12 days and generally it was was the same food each day. Special thanks to the cleaning staff as our room was always spotless. Regards to Pom and staff for a very pleasant stay see you next year.	Excellent

My 3 other friends and wifes enjoyed their stay. Only one things, the breakfast is not that great as we ate the same food for 3 days. You should change the menu everyday.	Bookings were done smoothly and easy.
Alvina Chow 2009-03-10	Als Resort, Chaweng Beach Fantastic beachfront location. An ideal place to stay on Chaweng Beach. Jetskis are available for hire right outside the hotel. Main street is close by with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.	Fast and efficient service.
Faris & Tengku Amir 2009-01-05	Als Resort, Chaweng Beach The resort staffs are friendly. Anyway, for those who plan to be there, please ensure to take in your request not to be located in room 316. The room s backyard is very smelly - like an antiseptic tank. And when I escalated to the staff, there was no immediate action taken (with the reasons all staff are busy), neither the room can be replaced (with the reason all similar rooms are fully booked). After 3hours the duty manager just went there just for the sake of saying ‘hi’ but did nothing about it even making a courtesy by sending an apologize note for the inconvenience caused. The environment and the beach was good except we were a bit disappointed with the price we pay for a good resort like that; we have to bare with bad odor when we open the backyard door during our entire stay.	Ms Tim (your padidiveguides agent) has demonstrated a customer service value where she has tried her best to find a good accommodation as per my request on timely basis. Well organize and good job!

Kym Bailey 2009-01-03	Als Resort, Chaweng Beach After reading the reviews on this site, I was a little apprehensive, but decided to take a chance. I was not disappointed. We stayed in a studio room and it was very nice, clean and the location could not be better. It is on the best part of the beach. The breakfast was good- lots of variety. I don t know what people are talking about. The staff were always friendly and the Gala dinner for New Year was spectacular. We would recommend and will stay here again. If you want 5 star luxury go to a 5 star place and pay the price..but this was all that we needed and great value for money in comparison to other places in the area.	Excellent, no probs at all!
