Tore Holmeslet 2009-10-04	Centara Hotel & Convention Centre Udon T, Udorn Thani The hotel in general is great with regard to location, helpfull and serviceminded staff, very good breakfast buffet and facilities in general. Perfect laundry service. However, the rooms desperately need renovation. They are clean and OK as a bedroom if you don t spend too much time in the hotel, and the bathroom is OK but not more than that. TV is not for people from outside Asia. Will use it again next time because I dont spend much time in the hotel, and the central location is perfect.	Excellent as usual. Can t be better.

Good central location. Downside, no in-room coffee making facilities and no cards available for wi-fi service (so no wi-fi connection).
James Fitch Killam Jr 2009-08-15	Centara Hotel & Convention Centre Udon T, Udorn Thani This was my 5th trip to Udon Thani and my 5th stay at the hotel. As with all of my previous stays here, everything was great. The only problem with hotel is that it is showing it s age, but new owners say they will be making much needed remodeling. Staff as usual was very helpful and friendly.	Very easy
David Brackley 2009-08-10	Centara Hotel & Convention Centre Udon T, Udorn Thani As per other reviews the hotel is a fine hotel but a little jaded. The rooms need to be refurbished although I did see a notice that said Centara were upgrading all rooms and facilities. This is expected to be completed by end 2009 although I did not see much evidence of any refurbishment. However the hotel and rooms were clean, I had an excellent night s sleep and the staff were very courteous. The included buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of foods. The major headache for me was trying to park my car in the public car park below the hotel. It is free for guests but if arriving on a Saturday expect to have a frustrating time trying to find a space. It is located below the hotel but serves the Central Shopping Mall. It took over 25 mins of going around to find a space, it was only after complaining and obliging with a tip that I found a space. Overall a comfortable hotel; with the promised refurbishment I am sure that it would be to most peoples standard.	Excellent. Good rates.
Ajlan Salman Ajlan Ebrahim 2009-08-10	Centara Hotel & Convention Centre Udon T, Udorn Thani Overall the Hotel is excellent; this is not my first visit, I have stayed there many times before. However, it seems Management has changed (Hotel name too). I noticed an improvement in the receiption area and staff attention to gusts has improved. However, I request my favourate room which I always stay in (Room 711) but it was not allocated to me, I was put in room 1211 for the first night and move the next day to 711. I also did not like the degraded TV programmes. Very few English channels and not CNN or BBC. Only Fox news and the movies channel (one only) is not all that good.	Perfect.

David 2009-06-14	Centara Hotel & Convention Centre Udon T, Udorn Thani This is a nice hotel that needs a little bit of money spent on refurbishment. The rooms were fine, but outside the rooms some of the common areas looked a little worn. It has recently been taken over by Centara management, they will be upgrading during 2009 which will bring the hotel back to it s best. So far no signs of upgrading yet. The hotel is well located near shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Breakfast was very good and it has a nice swimming pool. It is good value for money. There is a minivan to take you to the airport for a nominal charge.	Very good as always.
Steen Knudsen 2009-06-14	Centara Hotel & Convention Centre Udon T, Udorn Thani We have stayed there 4 times before but now the standard is unacceptable everywhere in the hotel.Only the employes are very service minded. Swimming pool is in a very bad shape has to be renued. Furnitures, painting etc. is very bad - Next time we will find a better hotel with high standard at the same price level.	Perfect as usual
