BAHEUX CHRISTIAN 2009-12-19	Grand President Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 11 I must payed an early arrival charge of 1,500.00 THB ! I will be in the tower 3 ( on the left of the Soi 11 ) because I have a standart room but with a king size bed, bathroom, kitchen and the air-con. The breakfast is in the tower 1. A problem to use the cable network in my room. Employees are very kind and discreet. The Grand President is near of Nana BTS station on the Sukhumvit road.	Very good service but i have not receipted an e-voucher by SMS on my GSM phone. I have must go to a cyber web to print my voucher !

Swimming pools clean but always cold water .\r\nInternet service in rooms good , but costs 250 thbt a day .\r\nVery good breakfast at this hotel .\r\nLocation very good.2 mins to main street and Nana skytrain station .\r\nWe usually stay at this hotel when we visit Bangkok .\r\nOverall good hotel for price .
Robert Thomas Cloepfil 2009-09-03	Grand President Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 11 Employees are very attentive, food in the restaurant is good, and the location is great. Ongoing construction at the hotel makes rooms noisey during the day as the rooms need updating badly.	Dislike the wait in verifying room availability before confirmation.
TE Thong Hiew 2009-08-02	Grand President Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 11 great location,near nana station ,staff very friendly but rooms a little bit noisy bad isolation .but we recommend it	no problem
David Nicholson 2009-07-27	Grand President Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 11 Beautifull hotel, three pools we looked at two of them and they were lovely. The staff are very helpful, breakfast wasn t included, but ate at the hotel and it was very nice. The hotel is on one of the best Soi s off Sumkemvit Road. Same road as Cheap Charlies, couple of good Westin bars, with a few Thai restraunts we tried the one next to the Australian bar and at the other end of the block from Cheap Charlies and both were very good. Easy position for the sky train and the night stalls	very good as normal
Christopher George Dabolt 2009-07-08	Grand President Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 11 I ve stayed here many times with never a bit of trouble. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is good, the help is friendly, and the concierge is especially helpful.	Perfect... as usual!

My only negative comment is that the bed is too small for an adult.	Booking service is excellent & confirmation is fast. I hv always used sawadee.com to book my hotels in bkk.
Stefan Krull 2009-04-24	Grand President Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 11 Impressive lobby but in contrast rooms are in desperate need of restoration and therefore completely overpriced. Staff, although, always very friendly and helpful.	no problem
Rchard Cannarella 2009-02-21	Grand President Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 11 Great hotel on Soi 11 near the Nana BTS station, great place to stay when you want a hotel in this area. Stayed there 3 times, each time in the high rise section, perfect every time. Clean rooms, well appointed, and service staff great. You can t go in or out of this hotel without someone opening a door for you.	Great as always. Used the airport pickup this time and they were there waiting for us.
