Bangkok City Inn, Rajdamri Road, near CWP This hotel should not post in recommended list. When I arrived at 9pm want to have dinner nearby. But bellboy told me that restautant closed at 9pm. He call a taxi take 2 of us to his recommended restautrant which not far away. We have a plate of middle size bbq prawn & a steam crab. 2 plain rice & a bottle of Singha beer. when bill come it cost me 7000 Baht. Somemore this hotel never provide tooth brush. Carpet is dirty & smelly. Front desk receptionist are not friendly. |

Bangkok City Inn, Rajdamri Road, near CWP The rooms were not bad, clean and comfortable, the shower was a bit iffy in the sense the hot water goes to extreme temperatures sometimes, from scalding to hot etc. Breakfast was bland, but passable, the items on the room service menu tasted pretty good though. Other than that, the staff there are polite and eager to help, except the language barrier can sometimes be a pain when trying to get a point across in a hurry or short for time. Otherwise, great hotel for the money and the location. |
Very fast, very prompt, great service. |

Bangkok City Inn, Rajdamri Road, near CWP This hotel is not my first choice since positive comments from review are only 8 out of 10. But since the first choice is fully booked, I booked this one because of the budget. The location of hotel is in the heart of city, and it takes 10 mins walk to nearest BTS (Chit Lom). Taxi drivers often find difficulty in looking for its location since it is at the back of busy streets. You may need to take a name card in the reception which has address in thai and a map for driving direction. The staff at reception can understand and speak English. They are helpful and polite. Apart from providing us information upon our queries, we are given a room when we checked in at 10:00am. My husband and I have stayed in a deluxe twin bedroom on the 7th floor for 3 nights. The room is clean and tidy. We found everything OK except the temperature of water for shower is not steady. We need to turn the temperature a bit down so that the maximum temperature during the fluctuation will not cause scald. We have not encountered the negative comments mentioned in other s review of this hotel (like noisy air conditioning, faulty flushing system of toilet, or having any cockroaches). There is a small fridge with a mini bar and the price is reasonable. The bottles of water are complementary but there is no coffee or tea. Breakfast is in buffet type and it is OK as there are thai and western styles. But thai style has more varieties than western style (only toast, egg, cereal, salad, sausage, orange/ pineapple juice, tea and coffee for western style). It is value for money for a 2 star hotel in 1400Bt/night for a deluxe twin bed room. |
efficient, takes less than an hour to have replies. |

Bangkok City Inn, Rajdamri Road, near CWP I ve always stayed in this hotel whenever I travelled to Bangkok. This hotel is value for money in terms of locality : walking distance to Erawan 4-Face God, Central World, Big-C, Siam Paragon, Platinum and Pratunam shopping belt. Though it s only a 2-3 stars hotel, they provided clean room and breakfast. |
The booking is great; response is fast. Something to note : We only pay the deposit during the initial booking, it ll be good if you could send out reminder to pay the remaining balance before the due date. I almost forget to pay the balance. Another thing : I m not sure if the hotel staff took note of my requirement for the room; ie I asked for a queen/king size bed for the 2 rooms. We got only 1 room (instead of 2) with king-sized bed and had to wait till the next day to switch to a room with king/queen sized bed for the other. Overall the experience has been pleasant. |

Bangkok City Inn, Rajdamri Road, near CWP Bangkok City Inn is a nice, clean hotel with very friendly F/O staff. Recognizing me as a repeat guest was great (I stay here 1-2 times every month)!! Location is excellent, very close to my favorite mall, Central World and also to shopping districts with special mention to reasonable but great massage areas in pratunam district. Though staying at a prime location, one would manage to sleep and rest well as it is a few steps away from the hustle and bustle of Rajadamri road s cars, buses and motorcycles. I have been an avid fan of this hotel for the type of service and price as I always wanted to get the best of my money s worth. I would definitely recommmend this hotel to those who want to visit bangkok. The best so far for its price and quality of service. |
Always efficient. I am already known to their staff as I have been booking almost 2-4x/month since I just stay in thailand. I have chosen to book with sawasdee since my first time in here in 2006 and never regretted a time I transacted with them. Good service!! keep up the good work. khap khun mak mak na khrap! Chok dee khrap! |

Bangkok City Inn, Rajdamri Road, near CWP Hotel is centrally located in Pratunam, very near to BIG C & Pantip plaza.Hotel is not guest freindly they make you pay extra fro bringing in guest even for a short period that is 30 mins.So would not recommend this hotel for singles and no good places to pick women around only annoying tuk tuk (Autoricksaw)wanting to take u to massage parlours around.all around hotel location is great to stay with a family.Breakfast is Ok.Dont expect too much. |
Booking was smooth sailing no issues encountered. |

Bangkok City Inn, Rajdamri Road, near CWP I am a returning guest and I should say I have a very pleasant stay at BCI. The hotel is so near Patunam Centre and the Big C. Foodstall are within walking distance. Lots of massage and foot reflexogy shop are within reach to soothe your tired leg. On the day I checked in the shower tap was not functioning properly but after one call their technician came and had it fixed within 15 mins. The hotel reception staff are very courteous and friendly. As I was on an early 7.20am flight and have to checkout at 6 am, I requested to have my breakfast much earlier before their usual opening time which they promptly provided. I will definitely return to this hotel if I have another trip to BKK next year. |
Good and prompt service that why I booked through Sawadee.com again. |
