The Residence, Bang Tao Bay Surprised, everythings are perfect in the house, especially the kitchen and the private swimming pool. We changed the schedule, cooked and stayed in the villa for whole night. Everywhere was our iPod music through their whole flat AV system. Nice and helpful staff, we will be back next time in Phuket^^ |

The Residence, Bang Tao Bay Nice and private enviroment. The staff are very friendly and helpful though on one day, the chambermaid forgot to make the room but were quick to rectify it upon receiving our reminder. Breakfast is good and serving is prompt. Good hotel for family stay |

The Residence, Bang Tao Bay Great service mind! But the staffs(except lobby) English is not good, doesn t understand english well. Property is great! but the beach is not so charming. Have to rent scooter to reach Bangtao beach. Quiet and peachful. Good to stay 2 nights. |

The Residence, Phuket, Bang Tao Bay Villa is nice. Service is not good. Last day breakfast late, let us rush to airport. I made the blanket dirt. It charge me TB$1200 without any bill sign or even do not give me price list. Diff from the staff saying TB$500. not very convenience location, but still have shuttle bus to beach and supermarket. Maybe they are good for western, not recommend at all. |

The Residence, Phuket, Bang Tao Bay Замечательный отдых семьей, друзьями. Сервис соответсвует 5 звездам. Отношение персонала отличное. Виллы прекрасные. Собственный бассейн, фитнес центр, кафе. Виллы с полностью оборудованной кухней, кастрюли, сковороды и т.д. Все чтобы можно было самим иногда что-то приготовить, чтобы желудок отдохнул от ресторанной пищи. Завтрак прекрасный сервируют по желанию на вилле без доп платы . Бесплано по- расписанию возят в супермаркер Лотос, и также на пляж . На втором этаже отличный балкон с барбекью и раковиной. Советую взять машину на прокат т.к. до Патонга такси 1000 батт туда и обратно, вила предлагает 1000 батт в одну сторону. Пляж не собственый вилла его арендует,море изумительное . |

The Residence, Phuket, Bang Tao Bay I reserved 2BR room villa with private pool for 5 days and I was upgraded to 3 BR upon my arrival. The villa is in excellent condition and all the staff are very nice and supportive .Most of the days we had our breakfast served at the villa and I was impreseed with the short time to deliver the braekfast at the villa.The SPA service provided at the residence is first class and excellent.One thing I liked at the residence is the Barbcue service that you can use the Barbcue Grill at your Villa with a Chef that can help you to deliver a first class Barbcue party to your Guests. |
