Lore Ann MAY 2009-01-06	BSS Private Krabi Residence, Ao Nang IT IS NOT A PRIVATE RESIDENCE,IT IS IN A LARGE THREE STORY BUILDING WITH SIMILAR HOTELS ON EITHER SIDE,AVERY MISLEADING NAME,AND HARD FOR TAXI DRIVERS TO FIND.NOT GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY.A POOR BREAKFAST OF TOAST AND HOT DRINK ONLY.THE WALK IN PRICE WAS LESS THAN HALF THE INTERNET PRICE.NOWHERE TO SIT AND RELAX EXCEPT NEXT A BUSY MAIN ROAD.IF I HAD NOT PAID IN ADVANCE I WOULD HAVE MOVED ELSEWHERE.	STRAIGHTFORWARD OK

Eliza Matengu 2008-11-07	BSS Private Krabi Residence, Ao Nang basic but very clean. We had no air con and the fan was not a big one on the ceiling but a desk mounted one so it was a bit hot. No TV or fridge but there was a safe. Nice and quiet and also our own little balcony. Not somewhere you would hang out in but a very good base, we stayed three nights. 10 min walk from beach. Brilliant staff, I had a lost luggage issue and the man working there phoned around for me and offered to come with me to the depot, he was very friendly and helpful beyond his job.	fine.
Yoke Leong Alan Wong 2008-07-16 until 2008-07-21	BSS Private Krabi Residence, Ao Nang The rooms we booked were excellent. Hotel was clean and the owner/operator was very helpful. He is available 24/7. A 10 or so minute walk to the beach and water taxi. Even though it was low season we had a great time and the hotel was a great place to get back to after a long day. I ll use the hotel again	Booking was fast and easy. Will always use.
