William Runham 2009-01-12	Charoen Thani Princess, Khon Kaen For the price, a good hotel. I booked a corner room (which was a little more)which was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was more than adequate. The hotel however is looking tired particularly when you compare with what used to be the Soffitel next door. However its about half the price or less.	As usual no problems - efficient service.

Satuk Bob 2007-08-01 until 2007-08-02	Charoen Thani Princess, Khon Kaen An Excellent Hotel. The front desk clerk was most helpful to my wife who had never checked into a hotel on her own. The children loved the pool and everyone said the breakfast was delicious. The hotel was easy to find for a family who had never been to this city.	Sawadee.com was price competative, the booking was confirmed in a timely manner and no hidden charges, nor any bait and switch. I would use the service again.
Rick 2006-10-22 until 2006-10-28	Charoen Thani Princess, Khon Kaen This hotel is quite good value for money everything is ok here but I would only rate it at 3 star, the breakfast is excellent and the staff speak good english which helps, the underground disco is noisy and there are lots of people hanging around outside on Friday/Saturday nights which is not great for those who want relaxation, the Sofital Raja is much better but you pay the price	excellent as usual

So you always have get housekeeping to open the door or wake up the other person. I find this most unsatisfactory	Great service and will use them again
