Didde Jensen 2009-10-03	Royal Guest House, City, Kotchasarn Road I stayed at this guesthouse for 10 days, and it was one of the best experiences I had in Thailand.. The staff are all very nice and helpfull.. The rooms are big, and clean, and it close to the inner city, you can walk to almost anyplace in chiang mai, thats worth seeing, or else they are willing to get a taxi for you at the reception..	very fast, and good..
Isobel Jokl 2009-05-20	Royal Guest House, City, Kotchasarn Road Brilliant budget guest house, only 500B for a good sized clean room with private bathroom, small balcony, double bed, TV, towels and cooked breakfast. Will recommend to all. Also has a small swimmming pool and serves great food in the very atmospheric bar/cafe downstairs.	Quick, efficient and reliable.
TAN HAN JIE 2009-04-17	Royal Guest House, City, Kotchasarn Road The guesthouse is a nice location: very near to main road & surrounded by historical temple/wat/gate, very convinient to walk around as mini bar; restaurant; post office & etc. The staffs are very friendly & helpful. Only the A/C is very noisy. Ansuran night bazaar just a walking distance & a lot stuff & foods you may get there... i will go again & thank you.	Good & no problem at all. Good job!

I checked-in only and moved out 1 hour later to another.	Booking service is great but I think you better verify hotel s status before posted on your website, it will made you lost your image. I did not call you for refund claim as I do not think you can refund back to me.
John Lawrence 2008-12-29	Royal Guest House, City, Kotchasarn Road Very clean,nice friendly staff, location was excellent and in walking distance to all the markets. Was not allowed to pay for a phone call to Australia have been allowed to do this at other Hotels. Fairly quiet at night except for a couple of dogs barking at times during the night. A lovely old building with lots of character. I would recommend this hotel to others.	Everything correct and no mistakes.
lagane thierry 2008-12-27	Royal Guest House, City, Kotchasarn Road this hotel is a trap !! no windows in the room,no lifts for elders,no english speaking,no smile,doors not fonctionning,air cond terribly noisy,dirty,and all that for only for 1600 baths a night!!!,don t book !! It s a shame!!! I hope my opinion will be published.
