Martin Willem Schmid 2009-10-24	Wang Thong Hotel Maesai, Chiang Rai Deluxe room was clean and my bag was carried up for me. The pool area is in a horrible shape, with plants dead or dying. Water level was too low and the filter pump seemed to be turned off. Hotel is o.k for a visa run i guess... I didnt get my promised Myanmar view, instead i had a view onto an appartment building on the third floor. Nothing much to do in Mai Sai, but they have a karaoke and some shopping (market) every evening.	Booking on Res24asia excellent as usual. Will use them again and again.
Huseby 2009-10-23	Wang Thong Hotel Maesai, Chiang Rai This hotel in Mae Sai seemed to have a lot of guests...However,strange enough\r\nduring our stay only 2 persons in the hotel understood english a little and none of them worked in the reception.(??????)The persons in the reception did not understand a word of english when f.ex. trying to deliver 2 Vouchers for 2 paid nights at the hotel.They also tried to charge us for 3 times more than was the correct sum of money when we checked out.The hotel is good ,but very used rooms,the owners must take out a lot of profit without given investments back in repairs etc.The breakfast is not the best.If there is a better choice of hotel next time I visit M.Sai, I will choose that.	It was not possible to book a room first time I tried because there was an error with the prices of this hotel according to Sawadee.com (???)
Saravana Kumar Paulraj 2009-05-25	Wang Thong Hotel Maesai, Chiang Rai I got the same same room that I stayed 10 months before. Some renovations is going on - so could hear the sounds always. Room service - good. Neatness - good. Bathroom & Toilet - Good. AC - good. All good. Thanks Wang Thong hotel. Will definitely stay if I come there again.	Wonderful. Replies comes more faster.
KUNIYOSHI 2009-04-20	Wang Thong Hotel Maesai, Chiang Rai This hotel is located near the border of Myanmar and very convenient to stay. But around here, if you want to take a meal, there are only outstanding restaurants. (actually some restaurant is exist but no customers in there) I think this is good situation for foreigner to enjoy Thai local life style. And further in Myanmar, at Tachleik, my first impression is dusty atmosphere.
John Lawrence 2009-01-01	Wang Thong Hotel Maesai, Chiang Rai First impressions were great, however, at a closer look we realised that this hotel was of a budget accommodation standard. The toilet would not flush properly, the 2 lamps on the wall were about to fall off and various light bulbs were not working. The power point behind the bedside table was exposed and could be considered dangerous. The breakfast( eggs were cold and the toaster was not working properly ) At least they had lifts whereas all the other hotels we stayed in we had to carry our belongings up steep stairways.	The booking service was excellent and no mistakes were made.

The room is in medium level, because the floor has a difference between inside the room and outside, it make me hurt on my ankle till now. It s good that is near the border and comfortable.	I like this method, it s very easy and convenient. I impress on this service and will use in next trip.
