Pucci Andrea 2009-09-20	Crystal Bay Resort, Thongtakian Beach Albergo in posizione stupenda,sulla spiaggia più bella dell isola. Camere grandi e con il letto che affaccia direttamente sul mare. Peccato per le rifiniture che lasciavano un pò a desiderare e il servizio migliorabile,soprattutto quello del ristorante. Nonostante tutto ottimo albergo, consigliabile.	Perfect!
Roman Shuvaev 2009-05-09	Crystal Bay Resort, Thongtakian Beach The hotel is located on the secluded beach between Lamai and Chaweng, which is good for everyone who does not want to see any shopping or crowds of people. But prepare to the rocky sea bottom. And it takes forever to get to the deep spot. Great sea view from Deluxe room. However, the bed did not seem very clean and nice. There were problems with the shower and lamp in the bathroom was not working (everything was fixed immediately after I complained second time to reception). Restaurant is great. Very good food and relatively cheap.

Severine Teruel & Aidan McCarthy 2009-03-09	Crystal Bay Resort, Thongtakian Beach The location of the hotel was great, its a really nice beach with a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel itself is dated and needs a lot of work done into the rooms. The receptionist and manager were not friendly and welcoming, the laundry came back with the same stain and we had the same bath mat looking grey with holes for the 8 days we stayed. There are much nicer establishments next to this hotel for the same price.There is an open sewage at the front of the hotel large enough for our 4 year old son to fall into it, with no cordon around it. The shower had no pressure and we were told it was an area issue however our parents stayed two hotels down the road and had no issues and great shower pressure! Breakfast was a disaster, they forgot it twice and made no apology of it. They also charge a 3% charge on VISA cards payments so beware.	that was fine everything went well

Gio P 2009-02-07	Crystal Bay Resort, Thongtakian Beach Great location, right on the beach. Fantastic view from the room (stayed in Deluxe 2), but renovation is needed urgently! The bed s mattress is at least unacceptable.. The staff is very friendly, always smiling and willing to help. Overall, a good impression.	No problem, as always.
Don Williams 2009-01-06	Crystal Bay Resort, Thongtakian Beach We stayed here for 3 weeks in December through new years. We liked the resort,We had a beachfront room , The beach was a quiet location, The breakfast was good. We made good use of the internet, BUT it was NOT at the hotel, rather about a mile away at the IT center. We had rented a motorcycle so we could get there. But it was inconvenient and definately NOT what we expected.	as usual fast and efficient
JW Hugo 2009-01-02	Crystal Bay Resort, Thongtakian Beach The hotel room was absolutely stunning. Unfortunately it was raining all three days of our stay which meant we couldn t make use of the lovely beach area. But the beautiful room with stunning views made it worth while. The only downside was that this place is in the middle of 2 towns so it costs you a bit of money to catch a taxi to and from town everytime. Definitely a place to go for a honeymoon though - make sure you book the panoramic seaview room.	Excellent
Dirk Killmann 2008-10-14	Crystal Bay Resort, Thongtakian Beach Tolles Resort direkt am Strand (von unserem Zimmer waren es keine 30 Schritte über den feinen Sand ins Meer). Ruihiger Strand mit nur 3 Resorts und ohne Laufkundschaft. Gutes Essen, gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal. Kann man nur empfehlen!	Buchung hat einwandfrei funktioniert.
Kj 2008-10-08	Crystal Bay Resort, Thongtakian Beach The simplicity of this place and the genial, but very quiet, hosts, created some good memories. We had the penthouse and the view was spectacular. The resort is one of about 4 sharing the same bay-snorkelling was not good in the murky water.	Booking service with sawadee.com was excellent.
