Regina Stang 2009-08-21	Baan Haad Yao Villas & Guest House, Haad Yao Beach Awesome place. Nice bungalows, good and clean facilities. Very nice and helpful staff who cares about their guests. Not at the beachfront, but only 1 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Totally recommended.	good, quick

Great staff and great food - just don t expect all meals to come at one time (!!) Beautiful beach with lots of great restaurants on the beach...other than that it is in the middle of no where!! Taxi is 200 baht each to Haad Rin (£4)	No problems - good service!!

Dirks 2009-07-31	Baan Haad Yao Villas & Guest House, Haad Yao Beach It was a very nice place to stay.We had a poolvilla,with 1 double and 1 triple bed so good for a family with 3 children.It is only a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach where it is beautiful to snorkel.and some nice restaurants for dinner.Go to the one who looks over the beach on the hill. A/C room and 2 fans, nice bathroom. I would recommend this hotel,good price/quality .Nice people. Rent a scooter and go tour along the coast road,easy to do and great!	it works and easy.Perfect system.
Tessa van Dijk 2009-03-12	Baan Haad Yao Villas & Guest House, Haad Yao Beach Amazing place to stay with a nice flower garden and a pool. only 1 minute walk to the beach. Yok and her staff make you feel right at home! Haad yao is a beautiful beach with lots of good place to eat, hang out and sip your cocktail. It s a bit far from the Fullmoonparty though (one way is about 200 b per person) but i would definately recommend this place to everyone!!!

We got free upgrade to the bungalow due to some construction work noise along the road out of hotel room building. The hotel manager lady is very nice and kind, who offered us free pier transfers for both way, and she s also an excellent chef, esp. for Thai food. The pool is nice as well as the pool view. The price is cheap for both room and food. Therefore we extended our stay to 7 days. What s more, the stuff in the shop on the opposite site of the road is very cheap and the lady is also very interesting. We will definitely miss it a lot, and will come back in future.	Good, convenient and quick reply. It would be better if can book train and ferry tickets. Thanks for the service.
Natalie Huntley 2008-12-28	Baan Haad Yao Villas & Guest House, Haad Yao Beach We paid 1200thb a night at baan haad yao villas - at first we were a little dissappointed to find they were still building and our room wasn t finished so we would be put in an air conditioned room for 2 days then moved to our fan room, luckily they allowed us to stay in the air conditioned room for our 5 night stay as i did not want the hassle of moving rooms. The rooms and pool are very nice so made up for the initial loud noise over the first 2 days however the 1500thb each for the gala dinner was not matched by the service or food on offer as it equates to £30 each. I would definitely recommend Baan Haad Yao Villas once the building work is finished.	Hassle free
