Volker Herold 2009-12-22	KC Grande Resort & Spa, White Sand Beach fantastic location at the white beach!!! very friendly staff although sometimes not quite professional but very helpfull. Their English kowledge could be better. The garden very beautiful but could be kept in better condition. The bungalow should be renovated some time. All in all very nice place, may be the price for value a bit too high. The restaurant beautiful location, prices also for ko chang too high.	very good

Storr Stuart 2009-12-15	KC Grande Resort & Spa, White Sand Beach We saw this hotel last year when we were on Koh Chang, and decided to stay there this year. It was excellent. We had a Building Sea-View room with jacuzzi. Great views, fantastic pool area and fronting right onto the beach. I cannot rate the hotel too highly.	Quick and easy

The garden bungalow that we stayed in needs more than a flat screen TV to bring it up to the standards of a 4 star hotel room, but it was well looked after by housekeeping. That aside, this is a great hotel. The staff are very professional and across the board have a great attitude. Both the old, smaller swimming pool and the state-of-the-art newer pool are excellent. The brekfast ranks among the best 4 star hotel breakfasts we ve had.	Staff responded to emails promptly.

Peter Andersson 2009-10-15	KC Grande Resort & Spa, White Sand Beach Had booked for 4 persons still got three beds, three towels etc... Half of the resort was a costruction area wich meant we had to use the beach to get to the restaurant. Checked out earlier to get away from it all. No refound of course...	Good as allways
