Bruce George Beattie 2009-11-13	AANA Resort & Spa, Klong Prao Beach What can I say. My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Aana Resort on Koh Chang. The breakfast buffet was very good, the grounds were well thought out (beautiful foliage), the staff helpful and efficient. We loved the view of the canal, overlooking the grounds and mountains (from our Villa patio). The room was clean and beautiful. You can take a kayak to their private beach (take photos at sunset--beautiful) or staff member will take you there by small boat. Very peaceful. A few minor exceptions were the WiFi was more expensive (600 THB/200 minutes) than in town (60 THB/minute). Renting a bike or getting snorkeling/scuba/elephant trekking excursions were also less pricey in town. Food was also less expensive in town with many restaurants to choose from. Word of advice: look for the restaurants that are packed; usually the food and service is very good. We recommend the Aana Resort to anyone who wants to be away from the crowded White Sand Beach area but is close enough to take a short taxi ride (not expensive).	Reservations went without a hitch. Very good service.
Orapan Ladda 2009-04-15	AANA Resort & Spa, Klong Prao Beach It s nice resort with beautiful atmosphere and it s valuable for money. Good service from all hotel staff. Anyway, there are some problems when i checked in. I showed SMS booking coded sent by sawasdee web to reception. They asked me the paper voucher that i didn t have and they didn t let me check-in till sawasdee staff talk to them.
Hounyoung Kim 2009-01-10	AANA Resort & Spa, Klong Prao Beach This resort would be good choice if you liked tranquility with beautiful setting and comfort. The resort is not very far from the White sand beach and they offer free shuttle twice a day. Free fire fly tour was also great. The breakfast buffet is served. But the dinner was a little disappointing. The restaurant is placed on the riverside and gives the beautiful background. overall, this hotel was very good place to stay.	very nice
Edwin Oto 2009-01-01	AANA Resort & Spa, Klong Prao Beach Rooms were clean and in good condition. Beach service was good also. Drawback was having to take a boat to the beach, but it wasn t terribly inconvenient. Concierge service was very good. I rented a moped for a day and they made it very simple. Payment through SAWADEE was painless. Restaurant service is not very good. Staff were slow to respond and not very helpful. We had to pay for a compulsory new years dinner which was not a good value.	Booking service was very simple and worked well. Only problem was editing the reservation to add in transprotation.

Helle Reinholdt McAdams 2008-10-21	AANA Resort & Spa, Klong Prao Beach Nice Hotel, Good Service, Nice and a new breakfest every morning.Staff talks good english. Had a good stay, find the price of stay okay, but too pricy in highseason. Had some problems with water coming down from the spa upstairs outside on the balkany. guiet and a long way from shops, just what we wanted.	Easy to book and pay over the enternet.
Anna Koneva (Russia) 2008-09-01	AANA Resort & Spa, Klong Prao Beach Advantages: Beautiful romantic territory, bungalows of unique architecture, large rooms and balcony, friendly reception staff -helpful with booking motobikes, taxi, etc. Disadvantages: Some buildings look worn-out. Wouldnt recommend to book a superior building if you dont like walking, it takes quite a way to get to the restaurant. Also, You should take a hotel boat or an individual kayak to get to the beach where its impossible to swim before 2pm because of low-tide, water is quite shallow. Breakfasts were nice at the beginning of our vacation, however upon arrival of some Thai delegation, at about 9am there was already nothing left to eat, and we had to remind couple times to serve us coffee, tea, etc, or supply with silverwear. i guess restaurant administration should count hotel guests before cooking buffet breakfast and pay better attention to restaurant service. It was a nice experience at Aana, however next time I would choose a hotel close to the beach(in 2007 i stayed at Bhumiyama Beach Resort- nice place, remote though)	perfect

The staff was friendly and professional, my every request was met with a smile, the grounds are beautiful and the food was excellent. I will definitely stay there on my next R&R from Afghanistan!	Sawadee.com handled my reservation without a glitch, were friendly and accommodating. I will use them next time, too.

Reino Kaikkonen 2008-05-10 until 2008-05-13	AANA Resort & Spa, Klong Prao Beach I like place where hotel is located. The infrastructure and surrounding is very nice. Very suitable for families with kids. Staff was very nice and helpfull. Only thing was that Wi-Fi did not work well eventhought connection was fully 100% working. We tried it with 3 differend laptop and 4 different smartphone. Price for Wi-Fi was too much. Thanks for staff of Aana Resort.	Booking service has always worked well. Thanks for fast answers and good service.
