Child policy:
- Children under 7 years old are not allowed to stay at the resort
- Third person and children 7-12 years compulsory charge extra mattress
Transfer service on April 16,2009 - May 01,2010
- Transfer from Krabi Airport to hotel : 3300 baht per way (Maximum 4 person)
- Transfer from Krabi Airport to hotel by private mini - bus and boat: 3600 baht per one way
Cancellation Fees:
- Cancel within 2 days, penalty charge 1 night per room
- No show & shorten stay - charged for full period booked
- No Show (boat) transfers - charged in full
Conditions during Low Season
Valid: Apr 16, 2009 - Oct 31, 2009
- Durin low season electricity 12 hours per day:
from 5PM until midnight(7 hours) and from 9AM until 2PM(5 hours).
- Weather and beach conditions are determined by the monsoon.
Conditions during High Season
Valid: Nov 01, 2009 - May 01, 2009
- Electricity 24 hours per day
- Aircon works for 16 hours from 5PM until next morning 9AM |
