The Empress>> Fine regional Chinese dishes with an emphasis on Cantonese cuisine are served at The Empress, a cozy restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel with a contemporary Chinese decor of white paneled walls and comfortable red seating. The restaurant serves a very popular dim sum lunch each day, and the menu includes Cantonese classics including shark fin soup, bird nest soup and Peking Duck. Lobby Lounge & Bar>> The Lobby Lounge is light and spacious, with comfortable seating and a large glass wall allowing a view out to the hotel entrance.
