Michael Lehmann 2009-01-05	Charoensri Grand Royal Hotel, Udorn Thani Nice place however there are a few things to consider: Rooms at the front side are very noisy due to the disco right across the street. Bathrooms are a bit aged and water for shower is hard to adjust which means it is either too hot or cold. Breakfast could be better organized. Anyway for the rate it is still considerable place to come back.	Worked perfect as usual
Manfred Ehrenheim 2008-11-16	Charoensri Grand Royal Hotel, Udorn Thani Check-in Counter make problems several time, when I come to the hotel, could not find my reservation, even if I show the payment already. So - bad service. Also not possible, to pay cash if reserve as a comung-back -customer. Service staff friendly, but very unflexible, not looking about what customer wants. Book a king-size bed, did not get it, but also no comment on it. I think, the staff do not read the reservation clearly. Breakfast ok, but not specially good. Rooms and room staff ok.	Was ok, will use again

Jerry A. Waxer 2008-10-30	Charoensri Grand Royal Hotel, Udorn Thani This is my 4th stay at this hotel and each time I stay there I say NEVER AGAIN. The front desk check-in staff are ALWAYS very unfriendly and incompetent. The breakfast in the mornings is ALWAYS the SAME SAME...little food variety and personnel cooking eggs to order need a basic class on Food Sanitation as was observed each morning (4 days). One cook had a cough and was coughing on all the food that he was preparing for the guests. I asked him WHY he did not turn his head to cough and all Hotel staff thought my suggestion was funny. Very very sad and shows the general attitude of Hotel personnel and Management. Too bad the selection in Udon Thani for a satisfactory hotel is extremely limited. This is NOT a 3-4 Star Hotel....maybe a 2-star if you close your eyes! Stay with caution....	Booking thru Sawadee.com was OK......except for a extra exchange rate (Baht/USD) booking charge that showed-up on my Visa Statement.
Mr Robert Jenkins 2008-10-20	Charoensri Grand Royal Hotel, Udorn Thani Nice, clean pleasant hotel. The location is great and central to the main parts of town, including a shopping mall and night markets and bars. The rooms are probably a little dated but are clean and there is a good range of food available for breakfast which has improved over the last couple of years

Ajlan 2008-09-02	Charoensri Grand Royal Hotel, Udorn Thani The hotel is centrally and conveniently located in the heart of Udon. The facilities are of high standards and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.	The online booking service has worked very well with me and is very effecient.
