Timothy Ray Lemons 2008-06-30 until 2008-07-04	JW Marriott Phuket Resort and Spa, Mai Khao Beach Excellent. The room pictures shown in Sawadee was exactly what we had (Deluxe Sala Garden View). We were welcomed immediately with garlands of sweet jasmine, the staff were friendly, courteous and took care of our car. While checking in, we were immediately given refreshing lime mojitos - then escorted to our room with good explanation of where things are in the room and how to operate them. We immediately were impressed by the surroundings, the well manicured gardens and landscaping, the pools are fabulous, each having a unique character and decoration. The breakfast has a wonderful selection of food and all the other restaurants and deli served delicious food. Service is great, there are activites for the kids and us the adults, whether lounging around or exercising. All fun and relaxing. Highly recommend for a true R&R The staff speaks English and are trustworthy - I lost my purse on the 1st night and it was found, by a service staff who brought it to management for safe keeping.	Great. Better prices and package than other websites. Easy to do business with.
Meyrav Eleasari 2008-04-19 until 2008-04-24	JW Marriott Phuket Resort and Spa, Mai Khao Beach If paradise exist on earth, it is at the Marriot Phuket Resort. We have stayed there for 6 days during April, and did not want to go back home. My daughter, 7 years old, enjoyed the beach, pools, and most of all the activities at the kids club.	Very good an efficient booking process.
Mr. Mikhail Aristakesyan 2008-04-09 until 2008-04-16	JW Marriott Phuket Resort and Spa, Mai Khao Beach Room, amenities, staff and service are excellent. Location is fine only if you are not going to have active nightlife. The hotel is around 50 km from the Patong Beach. Also the hotel has two cute elephant calfs. Of course, the hotel is not cheap, but it is worth it.	Excellent, no problems with check in.

Prompt and efficient with no problems encountered
LAPEYRE Jean-François 2007-12-01 until 2007-12-13	JW Marriott Phuket Resort and Spa, Mai Khao Beach The location of the hotel is very nice, not fare from the airport, but a little far from the shopping areas. The hotel itself and the staff are beautiful, and if we have to take other holidays in Phuket, we will go back to Mariott	The booking service was perfect, quick and clear, as it was already last may. Big thanks to Sawadee.
Mr. Graham Richards 2007-10-26 until 2007-10-29	JW Marriott Phuket Resort and Spa, Mai Khao Beach Very nice hotel, wonderful amenities and service. you dont need to go anywhere for anything other than shopping. It is a bit more expensive than other hotels but as the old saying goes (you really do get what you pay for) and if you dont then tell someone thats the only way. We hire a vehicle to get around on Phuket as it is a big island and we are not the tour bus kind of people and like to explore at our own pace. The island has a good road infastructure and is easy to find your way around. You need to be aware that the road rules are a little bit more relaxed and that driving skill is not one the Thai peoples great skills. Overall the hotel was great made excellant food and cocktails and were very helpful staff and extremely lovely	efficient and accurate staff and trouble free booking service no hesitation in using them again next time
Kathryn Hislop 2004-08-16 until 2004-08-25	JW Marriott Resort & Spa Phuket, Mai Khao Beach First class hotel but disappointed for three reasons. Beach deemed too dangerous for swimming or watersports at this time of year. Isolated location so we either had a significant taxi ride to take a tour to do anything else. We chose this hotel with a view to taking some tennis coaching but the pro was away for the duration of our 9 night stay.Prices of excursions are steep for a family.	Very efficient and trouble free.
