Laura Senior 2007-12-29 until 2008-01-04	Sabana Resort, Nai Harn Beach We arrived on 29th December to be told we d have to sleep elsewhere as our room hadn t been finished (they were behind with refurbishment) and we weren t the only ones. We got put up in a different resort for that night (the Sabana arranged it), which wasn t so bad but it was a bit annoying that we couldn t unpack and relax for another day. Fortunately we know the area as we ve been to Phuket many times, but if you were a first time visitor to Thailand, it wouldn t be a very good way to start your holiday. The rooms, when we got them next day, were very nice - well decorated and comfortable. We had a problem with a blocked toilet (refurbishment behind our rooms causing it) and it ended up with some of the family being moved to a new room after a few days which was a shame as we wanted to be together (but it was better than a toilet which wasn t working). I noticed a new family were moved into the room almost straight away, so I wonder if they ended up with the same problems. The new year gala night was a complete rip off. It cost nearly 3,000 bht per person and did not include any drinks (not even soft drinks). I will never stay at a hotel in Thailand which has gala meals again as 25% of the total cost of the week s holiday went on this one meal. The food was very nice but the entertainment was not so good and everyone in the hotel was bored by about 9pm and starting to wander off to other bars and going for walks. The firework display however was well worth it but I don t think it was just the Sabana who organised this. If you are going here during January or February this year, please be aware that there are still refurbishments going on and the kids club, gym and spa are not even functioning at the moment. Please also be aware that the rooms actually look much better when you get there than they do at present on the website. The website photos are pre-refurbishment. The Sabana could be a really good place to stay but I don t think it will be worth the money until all refurbishments are finished in a few months.	No problems as usual with booking. I m a bit disappointed that Sawadee did not contact me to tell me the room situation in advance but I m assuming that Sabana didn t tell them so it probably wasn t Sawadee s fault.
Line Ødegaard 2007-12-19 until 2007-12-27	Sabana Resort, Nai Harn Beach A very pleasent stay, nice hotel and smily peaople. A bit disappointed about the outdoor facilities, but will gladly stay here again.	I have done several bookings through Sawadee and it has always worked very fine.
Magnus Eriksson 2007-11-21 until 2007-11-23	Sabana Resort, Nai Harn Beach Great cheap hotel near Nai Harn Beach. Friendly staff and nice rooms. They also have a shuttlebus to Kata, Patong and to see the sunset for free. This hotel is a cheaper alternative to Yacht club hotel beside Sabana	Great!
Mrs Arabella Cooper 2007-04-14 until 2007-04-19	Sabana Resort, Nai Harn Beach Nai Harn is a great place to stay in Phuket and the Sabana is the only resort apart from the Meridien Yacht Club which is on the lovely beach. We stayed in a Deluxe room which was certainly not deluxe, it was basic and a bit dingy, but perfectly clean and good enough for a few days. The rooms are a bit tired and you wouldn t pay the rates they ask on the desk, but the rates on Sawadee.com are reasonable for the hotel. Breakfast is good, the usual buffet, we didn t eat any other meals there as the restaurant was huge and usually pretty empty and there are nicer places close by and cheaper. The pool is quite pretty but was very full of chemicals, but the beach is beautiful and just on the doorstep so we didn t need to use the pool. We would certainly go back to Nai Harn again and as the Sabana is the only choice (unless you can afford the yacht club in which case go for it!) we would probably stay there again. It is okay - nothing awful about it but nothing very special or interesting either.	All our bookings were handled without any problems as they have been whenever we have booked through Sawadee.
Sven-Erik Johansson 2007-04-01 until 2007-04-13	Sabana Resort, Nai Harn Beach This is a very nice hotel very close (25 m) to probably one of the best beaches on Phuket. Both pools were in good condition. Our room was quite OK at the prize. I had absolutely nothing to complain about during my stay there.

The rooms maby need to fresh up but everthing else is perfect, we love the breakfast, we have been here 2 times and will for shore bee back some day! It takes only 15 min to Kata...
Adam & Melita Lucius 2006-04-03 until 2006-04-11	Sabana Resort, Nai Harn Beach The hotel is located at a great beach , v. quiet and safe. The service was good and the rooms standard. The staff were friendly and efficient. Would definitely go back as is perfect location for children.	The booking was smooth and easy. Would use sawadee.com again. All responses came baxk within 24hrs.
Chris Kean 2006-03-02 until 2006-03-06	Sabana Resort, Nai Harn Beach The location of the hotel and the facilities are very nice. However, at check-out I was presented with a small bag of broken glass that had been fished out of the trash and was accompanied by a bill. The broken glass was from a cup that my daughter knocked over and broke. It seems obvious that glassware is expected, through its use and physical structure, to brake over time. I was very disappointed with this attempt to nickel and dime me as I left the hotel. In addition, when I wanted to use the hotel’s shuttle bus to town, approximately 25 kilometers, I was told that is reserved for the hotel’s guest and that I could not ride the bus. A very nice location with other hotels in the area and a very disappointing end at the Sabana.	The booking service was very efficient and professional
Renaye Harn 2006-02-16 until 2006-02-22	Sabana Resort, Nai Harn Beach Our original room was very noisy due to road construction across the street. We asked to be relocated and they gave us very nice rooms. Everything at the hotel was great - the food, staff, location and beach. We would definitely stay here again!!	Booking was smooth, as usual!
