VIGUERIE Christophe 2007-11-30 until 2007-12-03	Blue Marine Resort & Spa, Patong-Kalim Bay We were in the room 3206, a pool- deluxe room. The view is fantastic and access to the swimming pool quite nice even if to keep your privacy you have to draw the curtains. For the rest, the furniture are old and damaged, do not expect any newspapers (we have been told the Hotel has only a few for VIP, which I suppose we were not) or perfume oil in the bathroom despite the presence of the small elephant for this purpose (we have been told that hotel used to provide oil and candle but they are currently saving money on this). The pool is good but furniture half-broken. Forget the resort restaurants. Access to town (Patong beach) can easily be done by foot.	Efficient and quick.
katarena & Max 2007-09-22 until 2007-09-25	Blue Marine Resort & Spa, Patong-Kalim Bay The gardens & view from the pool areas & our room were beautiful however the rest of the stay here was dissapointing. The rooms were just not clean enough eg; old stains on tired sheets, little holes in pillow cases & used soap in the bathroom, I was finally given a new soap on the day we left. I made mention at the front desk but the standard did not improve. 1/2 hr wait at the pool bar for a couple of drinks (we were the only customers at the time). The limited shuttle service into Patong is too infrequent, it s a decent 30 min walk. Did not meet my expectations :(	booking service made checking in so easy & quick
Calvin Iida 2006-08-02 until 2006-08-04	Blue Marine Resort & Spa, Patong-Kalim Bay Very beautiful upscale hotel, very clean and extremely quiet. Amazing infinity pool with cascading falls. Room was not ready on check-in, (seems common in Thailand if you try to check-in before 2pm, but they upgraded me to ocean view. Staff very helpful and responsive. A very good value for the price.	Very prompt and efficient service. I did all my hotel reservations in the last week by email, and was able to book 4 different hotels without a problem. Excellent web site.
