SAMANTHA CAROL ORTEGA 2009-11-18	Portico 21 Hotel, City, Kotchasarn Road Hotel is good, great location and the staff are excellent. Only thing is, there is no lift.	I specifically requested a smoking room and I was not informed that this is a non smoking hotel.
ASHOK / VASUDEV / SHIRGAONKAR 2009-11-06	Portico 21 Hotel, City, Kotchasarn Road I think I made a wise decision by staying at Portico 21 Hotel at Chiangmai, from 03Nov to 06 Nov 2009. Hotel is very centrally located, clean, atmosphere Homely & cheerful. Mrs. Dang, the lady incharge, is very helpful and accomodative.I would like to go back again to Portico 21 Hotel, Chingmai. I strongly reccommend it for its Quality,Central Location and the Price.	Sawadee has been more than helpful and did their job Best.
Jürgen Weich 2009-05-29	Portico 21 Hotel, City, Kotchasarn Road Very nice little hotel, quiet location in a small side lane off the main street with absolutely great staff - very helpful as family run business. Top cleanliness. Quite new and somewhat stylish building and rooms perfect with cozy though quite hard beds (we had a twin room), great and very quiet aircon that is not blowing on beds and a small but top bathroom with all you need. Close to the city walls as well as only a good 5 minutes stroll to the night market. Breakfast was nothing special, but with fresh toast and croissant, good coffee and fresh fruit. Will stay there again on my next trip to Chiang Mai.	All worked perfect as usual
Kelvin White 2009-03-28	Portico 21 Hotel, City, Kotchasarn Road The Portico 21, what can I say: Good, clean, central, friendly, helpful staff, great beds, fantastic breakfast (the best we have ever had in Thailand) And NO, they did not pay me to write this If a hotel is bad you should say so and if a hotel is good you should give credit – The Portico 21 is GOOD	Good as always
Marni wahlquist 2009-03-04	Portico 21 Hotel, City, Kotchasarn Road The hotel is immaculate. The staff cleans 24/7. The lobby and rooms are beautiful, very comfortable and quiet. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. Our only minor complaint is the shower head, the flow is sparse and uneven in comparison to other hotels we have stayed in on our travels. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.	Great too.

The absence of a lift makes it unsuitable for the frail or disabled however.. Good value - recommended.	Excellent service - no problems at all

Location is on a quite street, but also centrally located to many of the best attractions in Chiang Mai. While all of these aspects were superb, the most satisfying aspect of our stay was the kindness, generosity, and courteousness of the employees. I have never felt so welcomed and been so pleased with the staff of a hotel. I recommend Portico 21 without reservation.	The service worked perfectly.
Carolina Escobar 2008-12-31	Portico 21 Hotel, City, Kotchasarn Road Portico 21 hotel is excellently located, in an area with lots of small restaurants and bars and close to the main turistic streets, including the sunday bazaar. The decoration is elegant and minimalistic and the service was excellent and friendly.	The booking service was easy and offered options when we encountered a fully booked hotel.
Pauline Tan 2008-12-23	Portico 21 Hotel (Chiang Mai), City, Kotchasarn Road Even though the hotel was not located along the main road, it was just 5mins walk from the Sunday Bazaar, which offers much better merchandise than the daily Night Bazaar. The reception area and the rooms were like as what you really seen in the website. The bedsheets and towels are NEW and smells so pleasant! Contemporary style with NO FRILLS, which means, no hairdryer and no coffee/tea beverage or no electric teapot. Which I believe if you do ask, they will bring it up. Staffs are very polite and very neat in their dressing. Breakfast is Continential with choices of Cereal, Toasts, All kinds of Eggs request, Fruits, sausages and hams and porridge. Overall I will recommend it to my fellow travellers. I have enjoyed my stay quite well.	The booking service is fantastic with almost an instantenous response. Will book thru sawadee.com again. Great booking service!
