Mr. Andres Rohr 2009-10-30	Chaweng House Center Point, Chaweng Beach Pros: Spacious rooms, cheap, very near to the night life, a lot of parking space for the scooter, video surveillance of corridors. Cons: Entry through a tunnel where hot air is blown out of the air conditions, no lift, old furniture, no suitcase stand, bed that is not always comfortable, very loud because of a near disco and the air condition, drier missing, sometimes no water or else low pressure, no small towels, sometimes the second towel missing, no telephone, no separate lights for the bed and the basin mirror, light switches placed unpractical so you have to walk back, no power outlet near the bed, basin without grating and not closable for washing, no shower curtain, door lock insecure, not everything cleaned by the room service, biting ants in the room which were eliminated by spraying poison.	worked very well

Brian Learmouth 2008-02-01 until 2008-02-05	Chaweng House Center Point, Chaweng Beach Centre Point is the ideal place to stay if you want to be close to the shops restaurants and bars.The staff were very friendly and always helpfull.The rooms though were in need of re-decoration,but if you only stay a few days its not a problem.I would recommend this place and will definatly stay there next time I visit Samui.

Rooms were old and tattered, we had a view of a really disgusting backlot with nothing but garbage and tin rooftops to look at. It wasn t worth the money. If you re in Chaweng you can find better accommodation for that kind of price.	Good.
Andrew Lotherington 2007-07-01 until 2007-07-07	Chaweng House Center Point, Chaweng Beach Nice hotel, great air con and cable tv. In the middle of Chewang which may or may not be a problem. It is only two blocks from the main nightlife which means on one side oif the hotel you are up till morning- like it or not. On the other side of the hotel it is much quieter so try and book away from the noise! Friendly staff.	Easy to use, secure and safe. Recommend.
Denise Haugh 2007-06-07 until 2007-06-08	Chaweng House Center Point, Chaweng Beach Hotel-style accomodations (not bungalows like much of the accomodations in Koh Samui). Right in the center of town and across the street from the beach. Helpful staff, but very basic room that was a bit musty and felt like nobody had stepped foot in the room in years. Good for a one or two night stay for someone looking to be in the middle of Chawen Town, but I m sure there are better places in Chaweng for a longer stay.	Reliable and easy

Dennis Eng 2006-07-07 until 2006-07-10	Chaweng House Center Point, Chaweng Beach Hotel in very good location in Chaweng Beach. Rooms will be a bit noisy at nights from Green Mango bars/clubs and main beach road traffic, but no problems for me as I can sleep plenty back home in USA. Rooms could use some updating; friendly & helpful staff.	I ve used Sawadee.com many times for my stays in Pattaya and Phuket; never a problem with billing or reservation errors upon arrival. Same level of excellent service this trip to Koh Samui as usual. Good and fast email responses as your request is processed thru their system. Highly recommend.
