Alyson Fox 2009-10-21	Kata Palm Resort & Spa, Kata Beach It was a beautiful place, service, breakfast perfect, excellent value for money and I received an upgrade as I had booked a twin room for my mother and I, they gave us a king size bed and I asked if we could have a room with 2 beds. The next moring we were given a beautiful deluxe room with 2 beds and a couch and a beautiful bathroom. I would stay again and am taking Mum and Dad back next year. My mother who is 73 adhored the place it was great to see her have so much fun and have her firdt thai experience a good one	Excellent

We were upgraded from Superior to Deluxe, meaning that we paid 1,200 baht for a very big, nice, comfortable, luxury and exceptionally clean room facing the beautiful swimmingpool! From outside, the pool access rooms looked very nice and we would consider booking one of those next time. Staff was nice and professional, no complaints. Breakfast was very good, above average. The location ok - 5 minutes to the beach, everything else in walking distance. Spa is expensive, but Thai massage at the pool offered at acceptable rates. We would definately choose to stay at Kata Palm Resort again!	Excellent!
Susan Riley 2009-10-18	Kata Palm Resort & Spa, Kata Beach Great Hotel. We upgraded to a pool access room which was fantastic, right next to the pool bar. Breakfast was excellent, just about anything you want plus more. Services and staff were very nice and very helpful. I would stay at this hotel again. Very close to everything market next door. Decor in the rooms were beautiful. Not just a hotel room.	Very helpful. & Great value.
Ralph, Switzerland 2009-10-03	Kata Palm Resort & Spa, Kata Beach On our annual trip to my wife’s homecountry we wanted to take my Thai in-laws along with us to the south so that they could enjoy some more time with us and our 7 year old son (… and allowing me some spare time to play golf…). The selection of Kata Palm on behalf of the awailable web-infos proved to be a perfect choice and the whole booking process through Sawasdee was smooth as always. We stayed there for a week in the end of September in 2 superior rooms with connecting door, located on the ground floor with direct access into the garden and pool area. In our case this was a much better choice than the deluxe pool access rooms, in which we probably would not have seen our boy being dry any time at all! We can strongly recommend Kata Palm for a family holiday, rooms, infrastructure, breakfast buffet, servicelevel and friendlyness were excellent. The location is also very convenient with plenty of restaurants close by, the beach is either reached in 5-10 minutes walking or with the free hotel shuttle that takes you straight to the beach section with chairs and umbrellas reserved for Kata Palm guests. The only negative aspects we experienced during our stay were the high and dangerous surf at Kata (red flags = no swimming, which is typical for this season) plus the hectic and noise (…) when we found ourselves in the middle of a chinese group tour during breakfast one day, but the pool area in the hotel is a great alternative and having breakfast a bit later was a simple solution as well. Kata Palm will be our first consideration whenever we will travel to Phuket again in the future!	smooth as usual
Michael James Abbott 2009-09-12	Kata Palm Resort & Spa, Kata Beach Good place - say 3 and a half stars - could be 4 if they spruced it up a bit. Room was fine, kids loved the swimming pools, breakfast buffet tasty enough. Never ate there in the evening as lots of restaurants around. Ten minute flat walk to the beach - not a problem. Great low season rate and cannot fault it at this price. Probably try a different beach in Phuket next time, but if we came back to Kata, we d be happy to stay here again.	Third time I have used it (all different hotels and locations within Thailand) - no problems on any occasion. Good job!
John Bailey 2009-08-29	Kata Palm Resort & Spa, Kata Beach Value for money. Service very good. Nice garden and pool area. Breakfast buffet good. Stayed 10 nights with family and no complaints. My wife and kids got bit by mosquitoes for a few nights but I didn t notice them. For some reason resorts in Thailand don t use screen doors. 5 minute walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this resort.	No problems. The second time I ve booked through Sawadee
Docking 2009-08-22	Kata Palm Resort & Spa, Kata Beach Nice clean hotel, very friendly staff, large rooms, great pools one like a Venice canal which the kids loved. Managed to get free wifi internet on my laptop from the balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast had a good selection. Situated near to the beach and eating places, very convenient.
Johan Stas 2009-08-18	Kata Palm Resort & Spa, Kata Beach Kata Palm is a great hotel, centrally located in Kata. The Pool Access rooms or nice. Good value for your money. The breakfast is simple and should be more different after a few days. Overall good hotel in Kata Beach.	We always use Sawasdee and like always everything was how it should be. Thanks.
Trevor Brett Mckew 2009-08-15	Kata Palm Resort & Spa, Kata Beach what a great resort, from the moment we arrived we were looked after, the staff were attentive to all our needs, the pool access room was fantastic and the pool area great. mini bar was cheap which made it easy to hang by the pool and soak up the sun. Great location, quick walk to beach, many shops, restaurants, travel places and street food. Pool area was amazing--my whole family had a wonderful time. Fee internet was great, Breakfast buffet was outstanding. A++
