Glenn Robinson 2009-12-20	Amari Orchid Resort and Tower, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (North) Upon arrival we were shown to our room in the garden wing. unfortunately it was a room with two single beds, no balcony. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and we were very disappointed. We upgraded to the Tower and what a difference! wonderful huge room with a kingsize bed and a very small balcony. The next night we came back to our room and it was covered in red rose petals decorated towels and a Cake with a signed card wishing us a happy anniversary from the manager. They redeemed themselves big time. The staff are extremely friendly and nothing was a problem. We will return again	Sawadee is still as good as ever
CHAN CHI SAN 2009-09-26	Amari Orchid Resort and Tower, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (North) Fantastic hotel! Expecially they provide free upgrade to us! The design of the hotel room is very good! Open concept, great view, amenities inside the room is up to standard. The staff provide professional service and always nice to the guest. The swimming pools are good! If I have the chance, I must stay in this hotel again!	Confirmation is quick.

Outdoors at the hotel is the best I ve seen in Thailand, but the swimming pool should have been cooled down. We lived in a deluxe room and it was very good. We lived in the garden wing and there was not the gallery so that it did not go to sit outside. We also had rooms in the 4 floor, so here it should be a lift. Breakfast was very good. We had to pay 3000 bath in the deposit. It is the first time I experience this in Thailand. Aside from my comments above, we were very pleased with the hotel and I would recommend this hotel to others.	Good
Erik (family with small kids) 2009-01-18	Amari Orchid Resort and Tower, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (North) We stayed at the newly built Ocean Tower. The rooms are very comfortable, well equiped and the design is different from usual with an open bath room. The location is close to the beach, although you have to cross the two-lane boulevard to get to the sea. The two pools and breakfast are best in class. If we would ever go to Sin City Thailand again, Amari would be our choice.	Excellent, as ever

Panpaka Supakalin 2008-04-13 until 2008-04-14	Amari Orchid Resort and Tower, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (North) We made the right choice!!The new renovated ocean wing was our pleasant stay during Songran. Pataya wasn t crowded either. The room which they upgraded for us from deluxe to executive floor was so great - wonderful view- till we wanted to have a longer stay. And I d strongly recommend their so cool restaurant - Mantra - food and ambience are superb. Hotel staffs are professional. Thanks alot.	The reservation through Sawadee was convenient.
W. Mueller 2006-01-01 until 2006-01-04	Amari Orchid Resort and Tower, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (North) Amari Orchid Resort in Pattaya can only be recommended ! Nice and clean room. Good food and service at fair prices in restaurants. Most of all .... a very nice garden with a great pool and always sufficiant chairs (even that almost usual stupid ´chair reservations´were noticed every morning and nobody showed up all day !!). Pattaya itself proved to be a terrible place and beats every clichee ! The beach is small and ugly, PACKED with chairs and umbrellas and one almost has to accept body contact with other people if you want to sit there. The city is packed with girlie-bars and old western guys enjoying young Thai girls company. So better forget Pattaya and go to any of the islands !! .... and if you are forced to stay there like us, go to Amari Orchid Hotel and avoid by all means the beach and the city !	Perfect !
