Sirinda Keawfanapadol 2009-03-13	Bel Aire Resort, Patong Beach Nigtmare Hotel!!, definitely not a 3 stars as advertised. They didnt clean the room when we were there at 3 PM. also provide smoking rooms while we asked for non-smoking rooms. Outside the room is very noisy with 10 or more of pub & bar booths. Broken shower tab, broken washbasin tab,and TV no voice. Not worth for money at all. I wont be back there again!!

Dennis Hudson 2009-01-26	Bel Aire Resort, Patong Beach Having traveled to Phuket on a number of occasions for golf trips (staying at various places), this had to be the worse place I have stayed at. The reception staff were very rude on our arrival, demanding that our group pay extra money to have a safe placed in our rooms which should have already been there in the first place. The hotel location, although close to everything, the area was just to noisy. To many small bars below the hotel. The breakfast selection was poor especailly the coffee...The only good thing I would say about the hotel was the room its self (large and clean at all times). Would not be staying at this place again.	Always good.
Leong Ming Jun 2009-01-24	Bel Aire Resort, Patong Beach Good: 1. Hotel room is big 2. Staff are ok Bad 1. Room has no kettle, hair dryer, slippers, pen/paper. 2. Room only has 1 clothes hanger and requested for it but hotel staff ignored my request. 3. I requested for 2 extra pillows and a high level room when booking, but neither was given. I was staying on the 3rd level and could hear the noise from the bars below. (The building is 6 storeys high) 4. Room has poor lighting. There are lights on one side of the room only. The lights in the wardrobe should light up when you open the doors, but it didnt, when asked, they simply said dont have. 5. Side table lamp s bulb is blown when I first enter the room, indicating that no checking/maintenance was done before the arrival of next guest. 6. Toilet has no hooks for clothes and shower tap has no red/blue indictor for hot/cold water. 7. Poor lighting at the corridors. 8. Swimming pool the size of 2 king sized bed and it is only 1.3M or so. 9. Staff do not understand english well but they do not make an effort to understand what guests wants. ======================================= These are just my personal experience with the hotel, particularly my room.	It is alright.
Abhimanyu Parasher 2008-11-05	Bel Aire Resort, Patong Beach Great hotel. Close to everything. Very friendly staff. Had a few hitches, but got cleared up after staff discussed it with Sawadee.com. The travel lady was great help to book my friend s GF s travel.	Fantastic service and great help.

Thomas O`Dwyer 2008-05-14 until 2008-05-16	Bel Aire Resort, Patong Beach Okay in low season but I would not like to be there in high season as all the rooms face onto a battery of open air bars. A bit pricey given there is no swimming pool but the rooms are big and nicely decorated. Lastly I did not like the pricing of the water bottles in the fridge. They charge 25 baht for a 7 baht bottle outside. It s a bit of a cheap charlie mentiality to charge for what is in effect drinking water but it s common practice for hotels in Phuket to do this.	Fast and efficient

Paul 2007-06-30 until 2007-07-06	Bel Aire Resort, Patong Beach The hotel is situated in a prime location, close to the beach and the nightlife (though not so close as to be noisy). I stayed in a beautiful spacious room with very good en suite bathroom. Also, the staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. All in all, I had a very nice stay, and I would certainly recommend this hotel.	no problems at all with sawadee.com, I would use this useful service again.
