Michael Yiannikouris 2009-10-29	Diamond Beach Hotel, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (South) Excellent for its price. Location can not be better. Service good. Only problem smelly towels and very used sheets. Security excellent. i would stay there again for sure
Taimoor Shah 2009-09-25	Diamond Beach Hotel, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (South) Not 3* or 2* or maybe not even 1*. Rooms not clean, dirty sheets, towels etc. Location of the hotel was good, its on the walking street, good for singles or group of friends i would NOT recommend this hotel to couples. Booked for 3 nights and stayed only 2. For this hotel book only 1 night in advance and then if you are ok with the place you can extend your stay by paying the same price.	Booking service was good but at the time of check in when i tried to get a refund for 1 night as i didnt like the hotel i was told that the booking agent has my money and there are no refunds. There should be a refund policy, if someone pays for 3 or 4 nights and doesnt like the place he should be entitled for a refund, any amount, maybe 50%.
John L. Horn 2009-08-28	Diamond Beach Hotel, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (South) I and two friends visited Pattaya on the spur of the moment. Reservations were easily made on the internet, prices reasonable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Cleaning staff ignored do not disturb sign in an effort to clean my room. Only complaint is that there was no hot water. Otherwise, very adequate.	Very easy to do business with.
ALI REZA GHADIMI 2009-08-26	Diamond Beach Hotel, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (South) Very good hotel old rooms but clean and close to all night life, if yo are looking for center hotel diamond is good Bathroom and shower are not that good and they need attention anyway I did like it and maybe go next time

Hot water for drinking not available in the room.Room door condition poor and not secure. Most of the staff were not the smiling type. May look for another hotel nearby in the next trip.	fast and efficient

BAPSY PHILIPS 2009-04-19	Diamond Beach Hotel, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (South) The hotel location is good. Bathroom is not very clean looking and signs of age is showing. Front desk staff and canteen staff are very rude.	Excellent. Excellent response to queries and very helpful. When it comes to booking I am yet to see who can compete with Sawadee.com in customer support, response to queries and excellent friendliness and the ultimate customer satisfaction.

Location, Location, Location. If I ever return ti Pattaya I WILL stay at the Diamond Beach Hotel. Thanks for a great stay	Seemless and painless. I made the reservations on the internet, the staff was more than acommodating when my plans changed at the last minute and allowed me to make the changes needed for my stay.
