Rachel 2009-05-10	Cosy Beach Hotel, Pattaya, Pratumnak Beach We have stayed here twice before in lovely rooms, this time went for a seaview room, view fantastic but room decor a lot older and shabbier than the other rooms we ve had. However, it is a lovely hotel with great pools and good selection of food at buffet breakfast.	Fast and efficient as always.

Uma 2009-05-03	Cosy Beach Hotel, Pattaya, Pratumnak Beach Overall is good except services (when checkin and staff assistance) got problem in the room,i book kingsize bed but they gave us twin,when I asked for changing,I waited for 30mins and I have to pickup new keycard by myself(no services at all (so the service is not that good as expected due to the limitation of staffs) finally they appologized us with the free voucher dinner in hotel(good for that),good location,I stayed in new building, nice view and nice room, I stayed in deluxe room(they upgrade for me)the breakfast is Ok.Lots of foreigner here. Maybe its good for travelling with friend, Not good for family and couple.	fast response and feedback except price is still higher than other agency.

Avles 2009-02-23	Cosy Beach Hotel, Pattaya, Pratumnak Beach Positive(s): Very good hotel in a calm and serene locality. Good accessibility for all essential services. The staffs were courteous. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The rooms were cleaned up daily and promptly. The breakfast was good. Nice swimming pool. Negative(s): Not a great seaview from our room. (We stayed in delux side sea view room - ocean wing). The food was monotonous.(2 days - more or less same breakfast menu). We got only twin bed rooms and we were not able to join them.	Booking service was overall good and hazzlefree, though we have to wait for feedback on the reservations. Had there been online confirmation of the rooms/availability, it would have been great. (Already there are other websites providing online instant confirmation) The information provided by Sawadee was reliable and provided lots of options when rooms were not available in the hotel(s) we enquired.
