Michael Boman 2009-02-07	Best Western Premier Maya Resort, Koh Lanta Yai, Klong Dao Beach Nice hotel with nice staff. But I must say that some of the staff in the restaurant/café where a bit slow and not so energetic.

Breakfast are limited in choice but nice! Staff very friendly and manager was always willing to help! Lots of DVD to choose from to watch in the room!	Brilliant great service
Rachanika Hughes 2008-11-30	Best Western Premier Maya Resort, Koh Lanta Yai, Klong Dao Beach This is the second time we stayed at Maya Lanta and they are as good as ever. The room is very comfortable and spacious.The gounds and the pool are clean and nice. We have nothing but good experience with the staff. They are very helpful, especially the manager, Mr Nice. (That s his name and he lives up to it!) We were there during the airport closeure fieaco in Thailand and he as well as the satff were activly tryong to help some of the guesses who were stranded because all flights were cancled. These are the guesses who were checking out! Other hotels might have done nothing, but they were helping them getting alternative transportation back ot BKK (bus/train tickets) I was very impressed that they went the extra miles for their guesses. Another pleasant surprise was the hotel pizzaria. They made great pizza. Itlaian style, not the american one. The price is a little steep becuase of the 10% serv. charge, otherwise the restaurant prices were on par with others on the beach. For a rainy day that you didn t want to wonder out, it s not bad	The reservation procedure was easy and convenient. I never use Sawadee.com before so I was a little nervous about paying ahead of time. But all was well. One thing that is confusing for me is the date used during the reservation because the americans use month/date/yr. The site use date/month/yr. So may is suggst the site to spell out the month to avoid confusion. (Such as Jan 20,09 instead of 1/20/09
Kenneth Stubberud 2008-03-18 until 2008-03-23	Best Western Premier Maya Resort, Koh Lanta Yai, Klong Dao Beach We really love this hotel, the best hotel we stayed in at our holiday in Thailand. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a very nice bathroom. Great view facing the beach. The breakfast was exellent and the staff is alway smiling. The receptionists where very helpfull. We will definitely stay at this hotel next time we visit Koh Lanta.	Very good as always.
Barry Lane 2008-03-01 until 2008-03-04	Best Western Premier Maya Resort, Koh Lanta Yai, Klong Dao Beach We enjoyed our 3 night stay. The rooms are well furnished, clean and large by Thai hotel standards. Very nice pool, right on the edge of the beach. The restaurant food and service good, but a little more expensive that other restaurants. Very good breakfast, with everything that one requires. I would recommend this hotel as good in it s price range and would consider staying here again if I come back to Koh Lanta.	Booking service very good and effecient. Transport was waiting at the airport on our arrival as arranged.
Ekelund Katarina 2008-02-08 until 2008-02-13	Best Western Premier Maya Resort, Koh Lanta Yai, Klong Dao Beach Wonderful hotel, even if we was disappointed at first, when we arrived. We came from Phi phi Island and I think that the beach, water and landscape are much more beautiful there than at Koh Lanta. But after two days we like this hotel, the staff, the pool and can recommended it if you will stay at this beach. We stayed with two kids - and they liked it.	As earlier everything worked perfect.

Staff very pleasant and helpful, rooms spacious and modern, with lovely bathrooms. Restaurant right on beach, food very good, however like many hotels food and drink, a little expensive compared with surrounding competition. Pool small but adequate for number of guests, overlooking beach. Some sun loungers and shades, on beach, felt like you were on own private beach. Sunsets wonderful. Location of hotel 5 to 10 minutes by tuk-tuk away from Saladan. Very good value for money, would certainly go back again.	Very easy and good.
Poul Taarning 2008-02-05 until 2008-02-11	Best Western Premier Maya Resort, Koh Lanta Yai, Klong Dao Beach This hotel is a real gem, and located on a fantastic beach. Excellent in every way. Fine restaurant with good food at modest prices. Very helpful manager and staff.	Perfect.
