Andrew James Rodriguez 2009-10-09	Best Western Ao Nang Bay Resort, Ao Nang, Nopparattara Bay The location is off the main street, quite and convenient 5-10 minute walk to all local food, drink and boat departures. The pool, sauna, steam room and Spa facilities are all pleasent and were used quite often during this visit. The rooms are large and clean, but the furniture is in need of updating, and the in-room shower faucet could be changed to a western style . During our 4 days stay, the hotel ran out of singha beer, ice cream and coke. Local staff stated it was low season! I asked to speak to Hotel Manager or F&B manager...neither one was on the property. I left a note, and received NO reply. I would stay here again based on price/location and pool facilities. I would be hesitant if someone is expecting a more professional, personal-touch, on-site management style.	excellent. Have been using sawadee for the past few years when vacationing in Thailand. Always reliable and professional.
Karen Peel 2009-04-14	Best Western Ao Nang Bay Resort, Ao Nang, Nopparattara Bay Thank you for a wonderful stay! This hotel is great value for money the staff were excellent, breakfast was good. The pool area and pool bar were ideal and bedrooms were clean and adequate with a particularly large balcony, however, would have preferred a room with a view! My family and I will be returning again June to Krabi and I will certainly return to this hotel. Thank you.	No problems.....as usual!

Situated little bit in the outskirts of Ao Nang which suited us perfectly (thats one of the reasons we booked this hotel in the first place). Good rooms, pool area, breakfast very good. (Cannot say about SPA since we did not use it). We can recommend this hotel to everybody.	Perfect!

We were annoyed that we asked for a quiet room on an upper floor and we were given a room right over the reception area and as the hotel was full it could not be changed. Also the rooms were alot smaller than appeared on the photo s.We anjoyed our week there.	Very good indeed

BL 2009-02-22	Best Western Ao Nang Bay Resort, Ao Nang, Nopparattara Bay Nice place to stay, very helpful and friendly staff.Hotelarea like a garden very beautiful.Roomsize good with a balcony wich was nice. Poolarea could have been a little bigger but quite ok.About 700m to the beach, a nice walk with several shops along the walk.Hotel had a spa, we did not use it.	Bookingservice was excellent.
Alan Gimson 2009-02-17	Best Western Ao Nang Bay Resort, Ao Nang, Nopparattara Bay this was my third stay at this hotel i love it, the staff are kind helpfull and friendly rooms are very clean as is the rest of the complex, price s have gone up considerably though from when i first stayed 2 years ago but on the whole very nice	quick and easy good comunications recomend
Me Her and a Brat (3 yearold) 2008-09-13	Best Western Ao Nang Bay Resort, Ao Nang, Nopparattara Bay Nice hotel. room recently refurbished (building3) top floor with sea view and pool view. If you book make sure you dont get a low floor in building 3 as the view will be ZERO due to perimiter garden & wall. Hotel is in a great place and just 300mtr from the beach away from the main road and the noise. Easy to get everywhere and the hotel staff were GREAT. Nice pool 1.4mtr max,plus kiddies pool. Ideal hotel to chill out in. Also has WIFI in all rooms, but not all the staff aware of that fact, you need to by a password from reception from 100baht for 60 min or 250 for 24hour, the 24hour one clocks starts on first login, the 100 counts down only when logged in. The PC s by the front desk are next to useless so if you need internet access bring your owwn laptop. OVERALL A GENERALY NICE HOTEL FOR THE MONEY.	Great & Easy service, will use again.
