Chui Yin Kan Francis 2009-11-06	Drop In Club Resort & Spa, Haad Rin Nok Hill The hotel is turn old, even the the new building. The day time staff in reception counter is very nice and good services, but night time I had found a very crude and not politeness staff, following is my complain: I arrived Drop In Hotel at November 03, at that night, no any water inside my room, I ring to counter, he call me wait, I wait until 11 o clock, still no water, I went down to counter ask what is happening? At that time only one man in the counter, he was eating his dinner box, When I ask him why no water, he displays the impatient, he said go back room and wait, I will inform you when have water, I can t help you anything . Then I ask him can I change room have water, he said I can t do anything, and call me get out, his manner make me angry, I request to see manager, but he said all the staff and manager is go back home and sleep, he call me come back tomorrow because I am angry to him, he would not help me anything. I had travel to Thailand many times, this is the first time I meet a not politeness hotel staff. Every year I come to Koh Phangan one time for Thai boxing training, I will bad list this hotel, and ask all my friend don t come this hotel again.	Efficient.
lynsey 2009-08-09	Drop In Club Resort & Spa, Haad Rin Nok Hill Hotel was great, ideal location few minute walk to the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel would be suitable for young people.

Maddie Latimer 2009-02-12	Drop In Club Resort & Spa, Haad Rin Nok Hill As we arrived we were greeted, however walking through the construction work to get to our rooms wasn t pleasent. We had 3 rooms booked for 5 nights, in one of them there was mould in the room which you could smell, and also blood stains on the sheets. Another room had a powerpuf girl shower curtain. Our rooms looked out to a hallway and the windows on the other side were blocked off with wood so you couldn t see the construction work which was literally just behind it. The hotel looked absolutely nothing like it did on the internet, as the pictures made it look pretty good. We left within half an hour and we were extremely disapointed.
sarah de Man 2009-01-27	Drop In Club Resort & Spa, Haad Rin Nok Hill really nice place, away from the hectic main beach but close enough to stager home from it. the only word of caution is this place is under-construction at the moment, we were upgraded to a deluxe room to move us away from the construction noise, but you could still hear it!! when this place is finished it will be great just check the progress and see if there is still major construction going on when you want to come..	perfect
Donna Blake 2009-01-07	Drop In Club Resort & Spa, Haad Rin Nok Hill Good location as hotel is central between sunset and sunrise beach. A 5 min walk to either. Major construction going on in resort. We booked for standard wing but because of construction we were given a free upgrade to a deluxe suite. Room was great, very large and clean with a safe deposit box. Pool was a bit of a dissapointment but handy enough if you don t want to walk down to the beach. Free shuttle bus to the beaches or pier. Staff very friendly and helpful.	Fast and effective...thanks!
Rachael Wright 2009-01-04	Drop In Club Resort & Spa, Haad Rin Nok Hill We loved the Drop In...we came there for the Full Moon Party on New Years Eve and it was soooo awesome. The Drop In is in the perfect location and the staff and everyone was very friendly. Would definately come back!
Damien Zuch 2009-01-03	Drop In Club Resort & Spa, Haad Rin Nok Hill I was looking forward to this hotel the most while staying in Thailand. Turned out to be the worst hotel I stayed in while in Thailand. The list of problems were endless. Broken telephone, no hot water, no water at all at times, shower pressure, TV fuzzy, few english channels on TV, power turning off, pool water didnt look clean therefore didnt swim and constuction next door basically 24 a day. The laundry service was the only positive. Management did credit us 1 night for our problems. Wait until the new hotel next door is finished!	No complaints.
Terri Day 2009-01-03	Drop In Club Resort & Spa, Haad Rin Nok Hill Awful, pool was dirty and not cleaned for the 5 days we were there, not enough sunbeds around the pool and very small. Staff were friendly and helpful, we had an executive suite and it definately wasn t! I accidently broke an ashtray and was charged for this (200 bhat) when we were paying in excess of 5,000 bhat per night. Wouldn t recommend this hotel at all.	Good
