Easy to use booking service, if you are late with your booking, it should be faster. If you have a few days in advance, it s very good!
Per Frederiksen 2008-07-18 until 2008-07-21	Thong Tarin Hotel, Surin A midleclass town-hotell.Noting special. Bad breakfast, nice beds and clean room. Laudry-service cheap and very fast. Staff hardly speak english, and no one talked to us for 3 days. When we checked in: Not a welcome , no good morning when we went for brakfast and not even a Thank you when we checked out. Next time in Surin we will stay at The Majestic.

Second Room: phone didin t work....to get the point across I unplugged the phone and handed it to housekeeping. Then later in the stay the phone would not ring to announce incoming all...told reception...they did nothing. As per directions: tries to get an international call to Australia from my room.... 001 61 2 9527 91xx..recored message this service has been temporaly susopended Grrrr. Checkout they tried to charge me for the room: then trlented when I said Sawadee Travel already pay Showers are great: hot with a good pressure. Overall a good place to stay.	Good as usual

The room rate is very reasonable but I would like to pay a little more to have the room furniture updated. The nightclubs on the backside are always very loud until 2-3 in the morning---and the maid service talking and receiving phone calls in the hall starting at 7:00 makes it difficult to sleep late after going to the nightclubs the night before. The kind staff goes a long way to overcoming the downside to staying here. With competition down the block, it is now time to upgrade.	Your on-line booking servie has always been good. Eddie especially is very efficient
