Larry Greenhalgh 2009-04-08	Napalai Hotel, Udon Thani My stay at the Napalai was a pleasurable experience. The rooms were great and the sleeping was good. Rooms were extremely quiet and the mattress were excellant. Service was good and the breakfast was very good. I will consider staying there again in the future. Parking was plentiful and transportation to other shopping good.	Booking was very good and efficient.

Robert Gary Campbell 2009-02-19	Napalai Hotel, Udon Thani Very good hotel located away from the central shopping area / train station. On bus route so easy access to cheap transportation around town, also Tuk Tuk s on street waiting for customers at all times. Large room with bathtub and ample water flow / hot water to use it. Has very good buffet, breakfast/lunch/dinner. Dinner buffet was on special for only 60 Baht. Service and staff very friendly and helpful. Free airport shuttle service. This place looked like an excellent choice for families, had a really nice pool. I would stay there again when returning to Udonthani.	Excellent booking service, offering the best prices and fast efficient service.
John Ship 2008-05-01 until 2008-05-05	Napalai Hotel, Udon Thani The hotel was very reasonably priced though well past its sell by date having seen betterdays. The room was very tired and run down and had an unpleasant smell, we actually had to purchase a air freshener. The breakfast was ok though a little restricted in choice. The swimming pool was full of green water and the bottom of the pool could not be seen, so we didn t feel comfortable using. I suppose we got what we paid for, though there are probably better hotels in Udon.	The booking was carried out quickly and efficiently.
Nicholas O`Neil 2008-04-30 until 2008-05-01	Napalai Hotel, Udon Thani Never again! We arrived later than planned and were tired on our arrival so the general state of the rooms we did not notice. The next day after an awful breakfast we noticed the rooms were filthy. On arrival back in the evening we noticed the maids had not made much difference and we asked the for the rooms to be cleaned again. On checking back again they were still in an unacceptable state so we cut short our stay and went to the far better Ban chiang	excellent, listened to our complaints and refunded the 3 days we should have stayed more
Prof. Roger Smith 2007-05-18 until 2007-05-19	Napalai Hotel, Udon Thani The Napalai Hotel is very good value for money and I stay there regularly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is comprehensive if you like asian breakfasts, but the continental style offering is rather average (including stewed tea and coffee, unexciting corn flakes and anaemic white toast bread). The staff are friendly and helpful and they have a complimentary airport transfer. It is easy to get to the city by songthaew (No 14 or No 15) and the hotel is conveniently located for the airport. There is a friendly Western-style pub just across the road with very good live music and good food.	I found the booking very efficient, although it would have been a little cheaper to book with the hotel directly.
