Steudle 2009-07-01	Golden Beach Cha-Am Hotel, Cha Am Beach, Ruamchit Rd. The room was clean and spacious, the air-con working though a bit noisy. Nothing fancy, but it was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Just a few steps to the beach. Price was reasonable - good value for money.	perfect

Andrew Sloan 2009-03-01	Golden Beach Cha-Am Hotel, Cha Am Beach, Ruamchit Rd. The hotel is a little tired but it makes up for it in other ways. Pool a little small, but wherewever you sit at the pool or the foyer, there is a terific breeze. A great value Hotel. Breakfasts acceptable variety. Near the beach and near little friendly pubs down the steps of the hotel. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. The junior suites are great value. Not great views, but all balconies are small and face the sea at an angle. The staff in the hotel were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Try the hotel restaurant. Great value and delicious. I can truly recommend the hotel.	Sawadee reservations staff were absolutely fantastic. I could not ask for more help and cooperation. Hotel reservation staff were a little problem but it all worked out. Problem is the hotel and Sawasdee web site are not clear as to the local and overseas pricing policy. Local was only classified as Thai national and not long term resident with or without a work permit. This caused problems and frustration. It is not the staff s fault just unclear explanations on the web site when trying to book should be provided. It gives a poor first impression.
Srisuda Udommaneethanakit 2009-01-18	Golden Beach Cha-Am Hotel, Cha Am Beach, Ruamchit Rd. We just need a place for nap and change after late night wedding party so bed s alright and room s ok. Though maid and guard are a little bit off and unfriendly to help once found that we are not foreigner. For this price, our friend got room in nearby 4 star hotel,which superb service even for visitor.	Booking service s great,fast to offer alternative option, I ll recommend my friend to use this web.
John R Davis 2008-10-26	Golden Beach Cha-Am Hotel, Cha Am Beach, Ruamchit Rd. The hotel is close to the beach and local shops and restaurants. Our standard room was not luxurious but comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and responded to our requests. Breakfast was adequate but not great. The swimming pool was both large and clean. Overall, good value for money, given it s location close to the beach.	Very good as always - found me an alternative hotel when my first choice was unavailable.

The breakfast are good and the room are wery nice and we have the most beautiful view over the sae and forest.I will come back if i go to Cha -Am. I can recomend the hotel	Wery good always

Second room has trouble with the water in the shower. Staff very friendly.	Good as usual, but should introduce quicker reply time on booking. Might consider updating the webpage same design/navigation for 7 years
