Lam Chung-Huen 2008-05-06 until 2008-05-07	Grand Diamond Suites Hotel, Petchburi Road Nice hotel and nice staff. Rooms are clean and very comfortable with much space. Seperate living room and bedroom. Centrally located among lot´s of shopping. On the streets very nice food!!!

Reception, housekeeping etc professional and very friendly. For a first in BKK a wonderful experience; can recommend to everybody and i will be back for sure!	Spot on, fantastic fast & reliable service; world class! Thank you and keep up the good work.
Kampen 2008-04-15 until 2008-04-16	Grand Diamond Suites Hotel, Petchburi Road Less than a minutes walk to wonderful shopping in A/C stores and back alley stalls. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and accommodating. Nice size pool for the kids to play and not bother others.	Excellent!

The pool area is really nice, so is the bathroom. Traffic noice can probably be annoying for people sensitive to that. The elevators often had problems accepting the keycard. I met several guests that was annoyed by that. The breakfast was ok but could have been better. Overall this hotel is not an unplesant experience, but there are way better places to stay close by.	Brilliant as always.
Ryan Toh 2008-03-14 until 2008-03-17	Grand Diamond Suites Hotel, Petchburi Road Very good value for money. Rooms are in good condition. Not new, but properly maintained. Rooms are spacious enough to add an additional bed. The buffet breakfast spread is excellent. Almost like a full buffet lunch/dinner spread. But of course, after 3 days, even the most fantastic spread becomes dull coz the menu doesn t change. It is also very conveniently located right beside the Platinum SC, diagonally opposite the pratunam center, and within 5-7 min walk from the Isetan, Big C and other shopping centers. At bht 2700 per room per night (excl extra bed), will definitely stay here again next time.	very convenient and very helpful. I made 3 changes to the booking details, and received proper confirmation each time. The only complaint is the response is a little slow. I d send an email in the morning, and receive a response only in the evening.

The suite was exatly what we had expected - is was PERFECT,fantastic view, the staff and service more than excelent. If we come back to Bangkok, we will stay at this hotel again.	Perfect and fast service during the booking.
SZ KIM LUAN 2008-03-14 until 2008-03-16	Grand Diamond Suites Hotel, Petchburi Road This is my 3rd time staying in this hotel and I must it has gone from bad to worst. Rooms are not kept clean and the bed is too hard. Price has increased but the service is bad. Location is fantastic, just beside the Platinum Mall and many other eating places. Not worth the price paid for. Would not stay here again. Just a little bit better than First Hotel which is less than half the price.	The service from Sawadee is very good. There was no hussle and reservations were being honoured instantly. Keep up the good work, Sawadee! Will book from you again soon!
Chan 2008-02-23 until 2008-02-25	Grand Diamond Suites Hotel, Petchburi Road Arrived at the hotel at 11am and they allowed us to check-in earlier. Location of the hotel is good, just besides The Plantinum Mall and walking distance (10 mins) to Central World. Breakfast spread was good but there was no change in variety during my stay. Staff at the restnt was not so proactive and most of the time talking amongst themselves, you have to ask for hot beverages to be served to you. Overall, I have a good impression of the hotel and will consider going back to this hotel when I visit Bangkok the next time.	Very efficient and prompt. I received the confimration within 24 hours.
