Tup Kaek Sunset Beach Resort, Krabi,Tubkaak Beach Fantastic resort and fabousless view. We had booked a beachfront bungalow and we was not disappointed when we got there. The staff is almost too kind and friendly and they want to do everything to make you feel good. |

Tup Kaek Sunset Beach Resort, Krabi,Tubkaak Beach We had a great stay. The location is arguably the nicest part of the nicest beach in Krabi. Rooms were small but fine, bathroom could do with an upgrade but everything worked well. The restaurant could improve it s ambiance (stop the awful piped supermarket music), but the Thai food for lunch and dinner was better than the fashionable Tupkaak Boutique resort next door. Breakfast wasn t great. It is worth stocking up on supplies (alcohol + snacks) before you arrive as everything is expensive and it s relatively remote. Overall I would highly recommend this place - go for the beachfront bungalows , there are not so many places where you can stay so close to the beach these days. |
Efficient - extension of stay was handled very smoothly. |

Tup Kaek Sunset Beach Resort, Krabi,Tubkaak Beach Just what we were looking for...quiet & peacefull. Not a place for partiers. Beach front bungalow was very clean and well looked after. Restaurant okay, varied menu and good food. Nice big breakfast (included) kept us going through to dinner. Other resorts on the beach have restaurants as well, but we never felt the need to try them. Good, friendly service. Beautiful beach and sunsets. Recommended for those seeking peace and quiet. |

Tup Kaek Sunset Beach Resort, Krabi,Tubkaak Beach One problem is big ANTS in all bungalows. Hotel is very nice for adults. Excellent choice to be alone, enjoy the nature. |

Tup Kaek Sunset Beach Resort, Krabi,Tubkaak Beach My husband and I enjoyed this resort. We stayed in a beachfront bungalow, and breakfast was included in the price of our stay--about $80/night which was a bargain for us. The resort was practically deserted for most of our visit; we had the beautiful pool all to ourselves every day. The resort faces west, so sunsets every night were spectacular with a great view of outlying islands. Our room was very clean and modern with all amenities. Room service was quick overall with very reasonably-priced items. The restaurant likewise was fine with a very large menu. The one thing that might give someone pause to stay at this resort is that it is quite secluded and not within walking distance to anything other than 2 other small resorts just up the beach. However, one can rent a motorbike or arrange for a driver for day trips; also island boat tours are easily arranged for in the lobby--longtail boats can pick you up right on the beach. We rented a scooter so had no problems exploring the surrounding towns and countryside, but it took us a 10-minute drive to get anywhere. If you enjoy privacy, serenity, and peacefulness, this place is for you. I would definitely stay there again. |

Tup Kaek Sunset Beach Resort, Krabi,Tubkaak Beach Beautiful situation on quiet sandy bay well away from any towns. Small rooms but clean and well equiped with balcony overlooking beach. Staff excellent, friendly and efficient. Good if you want to chill out or have small kids, less good for nightlife lovers and teens. Very safe swimming, best two hours either side of high tide. Long tail boats come to beach in am to tout for customers to take to islands for snorkelling etc. Food quite good but dining area and bar pretty grim, reminiscent of a canteen. Good newish spa, though the same treatment in Ao Nang will cost a quarter. Next door hotel (tut Kaek Boutique Resort) has excellent food, live music, good wine list and great ambiance, at a price. You need a taxi to visit anywhere else at all, not cheap. Three new luxury hotels nearly opened on same beach, may liven things up but at a price. They look to be very up-market. All in all, we loved it ! Peter UK |

Tup Kaek Sunset Beach Resort, Krabi,Tubkaak Beach In general it was good, the place is breathtakingly beautiful, very clean, stylishly decorated, taken great care of. No problems with electricity or hot water. The bungalow is very small and we would advise to equipe it with the tea pot as the place is quite away from caffes where you could have a cup of tea after 10pm. Chairs and small table on the terrace would also give more comfort and partly reimburse the small size of the room. The staff people were very nice and we got friendly help from the restaurant staff even after it was closed. The beach is clean and interesting to explore after the water goes away - lots of sea life as if on the Discovery! The only minus was that the waters start to away at 2pm and after lunch you have to walk a long distance to sweam in the sea or go to the pool. The pool is very clean, very nice and beautifully decorated. The restaurant location gives nice sea view but would be more successfull if offers more choice of food. Renting of motobike gives opportuniy to explore the places around and it was very interesting and we found nice alternatives to our restaurant. I would highly recomment the place for the people who like quite and natural locations, fresh air and less people around. |
Excellent! Fast and helpfull staff. Will use it again and advise my friends. |

Tup Kaek Sunset Beach Resort, Krabi,Tubkaak Beach We arrived late at the hotel but we were immediately received with warm welcome by the friendly staffs who seem to tend to our every needs promptly and with a great attitude! The service here is terrific and i would definitely reccommend it to my friends. Also, the room we reserved is actually a beach front villa which was wonderful as well..The cosy little villa faced the beautiful beach and is just a short walk away from the restaurant. We were there during the New Yr s Eve and had a wonderful time. It may not be as populated or crowded as the town or AO nang Beach, but the staffs are really trying their best to make the guests feel special..If you re looking for a private and special experience, definitely this hotel.. My friends and i will be coming back soon for another relaxing holiday.. |

Tup Kaek Sunset Beach Resort, Krabi,Tubkaak Beach Arriving at Tup Kaek from the sweltering heat of Bangkok was literally a breath of fresh air. The self contained bungalow, while a little small, was very comfortable and the service across the board was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times and we were lucky to make friends with a couple of the staff who then took us out for a night on the town in nearby Ao Nang and let us stay the night at their home. The resort facilities were great ie; pool, internet access, food, room service, housekeeping, laundry, etc. The private beach was as good as it looked online and there were plenty of activities to get involved with. We spent New Years Eve at Tup Kaek and enjoyed a seafood smorgasbord followed by a game where every bungalow wins a prize (my prize being a 9 year old bottle of red Thai wine), followed by some games on the beach then a display of firedancing and finally capped off by lighting lamps at midnight on the beach that drifted off into the night sky. An amazingly relaxing experience overall in a tranquil location and looked after by fantastic staff. Thank you Tup Kaek. |
Booking was quick and easy. |

Tup Kaek Sunset Beach Resort, Krabi,Tubkaak Beach Quite good resort, very quiet area if you are looking for a peaceful time away from the maddening crowd! Close to the beach, but a long way from the town, markets, & any tourist type spots & only taxis available for transport, no cheap tuk-tuks. We hired a motor scooter, which was the saving for us because we didn t want to spend all our time on the beach, plus the weather wasn t sun baking weather while we were there. Clean & tidy resort. |
