Dr John McMaster 2009-09-21	Rayavadee Resort, Ao Nang, Railay West The resort was a wonderfully pleasurable experience in every way. It is my sincere hope that my wife and I can return one day soon for a longer stay in such a congenial and pleasant environment. Thank you.	The booking service was very good. I initially had some problems with my new credit card but after this was solved everything went very smoothly.

It would have been nice however for the management to introduce themselve which would have personalised the stay and complimented the good work done by the staff. Beware the beaches are all public and subject to continous noise from the longboats comming and going. Also try and avoid being booked in a room by the noisy generator as we were. Although it did not affect sleep one could not use the recliners outside of the room for complete quiteness. Other than that we enhjoyed our stay immensley due to the serive of the hard working staff.	ten out of ten for the Sawadee booking service..

Idyllic setting, well appointed rooms, scenic environment. Restaurant wait staff are eager to please and helpful, but somewhat short of the mark in service level for a resort of this calibre. I am told the wait staff is still trying to come up to speed post-tsunami .	I found Sawadee.com to be very helpful and responsive. I had many questions prior to my booking and interacted via email many times, and always was able to get the service I needed.
