Sonja Olausson 2008-07-02 until 2008-07-03	Phi Phi Hotel, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach The booking did not worked as it should and the staff on the hotel did not handle it well at all. The demanded several paper that I had om the mail and did not take the voucher so I had to look up an internetcafe 12.30 pm to satisfay them and did not get the breakfastkupong without getting angry. It costed me 100 bth exta to print out the paper.Never again	Good
Edward Moore 2008-07-01 until 2008-07-03	Phi Phi Hotel, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach We have stayed here previously and both times enjoyed our stay. The Hotel is ideally situated and whilst it looks a bit outdated from the outside the rooms are always clean and comfy and for the price they are great. We were lucky enough to get a room on the corner so we had 2 balcony s with one being absolutely huge! The front reception can get busy and they are not always that attentive but overall the hotel is excellent and we have enjoyed both stays and would return again.	As always - excellent
david andrew 2008-06-27 until 2008-07-02	Phi Phi Hotel, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach Being a regular traveller to Thailand I can highly recommend this hotel. Room was very big & cleaned every day. Buffet Breakfast was excellent & enormous. Staff at the hotel were very polite & helpful. Please if you travel to Koh Phi Phi stay at this hotel which is great value for money & you will have a comfortable stay & will not be disappointed. I shall certainly stay here again when I next visit later this year .	Excellent service & very helpful website. Keep up the good work.

Peter Forkes 2008-06-05 until 2008-06-07	Phi Phi Hotel, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach First the good bits ,Nice new hotel in the centre of the village near the beach and shops etc. Rooms good clean light and bright Good tv channel selection Staff helpfull Bad bits This a 5 story hotel and it does not have a elevator!!! why you spend millions of baht on a modern hotel and not put in a lift is beyond me,i was on the 5 floor,i am 66 years old and it was hard work getting up there at the end of the day i can tell you,it spoilt my stay there!! The pool is terrible do not go in it,its dirty and that full of chemicals that your eyes are sore and start running as soon as u get in it Breakfast was ok but only have one guy cooking the eggs ,took me 20 minutes to get one fried egg s	excellent no problems very helpfull one of the best on the net
Henrik Vejlin 2008-05-20 until 2008-05-27	Phi Phi Hotel, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach hotel perfect, i got all my requests (room up high, smokingromm, seawiev - staff all really helpfull and welcomining, even when my girlfrind came from chiangmai stay 2 nights, no problem, no charge for breakfast. Cleaning in room really exelent, so for sure i will stay again.	proffesional as always.
