Yngvar Vigmostad Tonnessen 2009-03-01	Phi Phi Banyan Villa, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach Very nice place to stay. The hotels facilities is nice and clean. Close to all activities that Phi Phi can offer.	Quick and easy.
heather stone 2009-02-13	Phi Phi Banyan Villa, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach The hotel was clean and comfortable. The shower was adequate. Pool was adequate(rubber lined). The breakfast was very good, Overall though, quite overpriced , This was not a 4 or 5 star hotel, There was construction at the property, and we were lectured that we were not allowed guests after 10:00, pretty strange considering we are in our 50 s and haven t been in trouble from our parents in a long time. Also there is a loudspeaker with muslim call several times a day to disturb any peace you may have found.	The booking service as usual was quick, easy and efficient
Mr. Lim Yang To 2009-01-29	Phi Phi Banyan Villa, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach The hotel room is clean, peoples are friendly, its located in town centre of Phi-Phi island,just 5 minutes walk from pier,is ideal for traverler but not for those wanted to relax by sea side.The swiming pool is beautiful but it has some kind of chemical smell.
Du Jiaming 2009-01-28	Phi Phi Banyan Villa, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach I didn t like that hotel very much. My room is near a small valley and there is a hostel or a guest houst on the opposite side -- a very noice one cos a huge group of ppl sat in the lobby/bar/common area chatting loudly.
James Bartley Hancock 2009-01-28	Phi Phi Banyan Villa, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach We were thoroughly delighted with our stay at Banyan Villa. We found our room comfortable and quiet, the property clean and tidy. The staff were most accommodating and always were cheerful and polite. Breakfasts were excellent and we enjoyed dinner on the beach.	I was taken back by the pay 100% in advance policy, particularly with the political turmoil just a few weeks before our arrival. Even now we have returned I read of further turmoil.
Lena J 2009-01-27	Phi Phi Banyan Villa, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach We stayed in the Banyan Wing for 6 nights in January. We liked the hotel very much. The room was tidy and of good size with a nice balcony. Friendly staff, good breakfast and very good location in Tonsai village. Very close to everything but still a little bit away from the noisy bars in other sections of the village. We did not get disturbed at all of the construction area next to the hotel. Unfortunately the beautiful beach in front of the hotel is full of boats, so you will not swim there. But walk through the village to Lo Dalum Bay (takes just 7 minutes) or take a longtail boat to Long Beach or any of the other nice beaches at Phi Phi. The hotel pool was very nice too, but there were not so many sunbeds in the pool area. We would definitely recommend Banyan Villa and if we come back to Phi Phi, we would stay at this hotel again!	Very good booking service, we have used this several times and everything has worked perfectly every time.
Anthony Myers 2009-01-16	Phi Phi Banyan Villa, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach The hotels location was excellent right on the beach front, there was building work being done but didn t disrupt us too much. The rooms are very clean and would have preferred a double bed and not 2 singles. I would recommed the restaurant attached to the hotel.	The booking service was first class and got the rooms we requested. Would definately use Sawadee in the future.
MR ADRIAN DARR 2009-01-10	Phi Phi Banyan Villa, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach Rubbish! My 2nd stay here & has gone downhill badly & the price has more than doubled in 12 months! There is massive building work all around & they are not bothered about it. It nearly ruined my wedding day! (but didnt). If you dont mind a 15 min walk from the jetty try Phi Phi Casita where my brother stayed, actually part of same group but nicer. And cheaper. And more value for money. Nuff said.
Shirley Scott 2009-01-08	Phi Phi Banyan Villa, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach There are some building works taking place next door so we were warned to expect some noise but we didn t hear any. We could hear some noise from the street at night but not so bad that it couldn t be blocked out by the air con. Had read some reviews on Trip Advisor that weren t great so was very pleasantly surprised by how nice and clean the room was. Staff were friendly. Would definately recommend, especially for the price.

The swimmingpool was a little to small, and a little bit noisy from the local pubs (stoped at 1 o´clock). We had a better living in Ao-Nang (Tipa Resort), but this was also good for a family like us.	Very good.
