The rooms were good and the buffet breakfast had quite a good variety. The close proximity to the Night Bazzaar was another plus to staying at this hotel. and I would recommend it to other people any time	We have used this booking service before and I will be using it again in the future and would recommend highly

We enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning. The staff are very friendly and would recommend this hotel to all our friends	this service is excellent as always. we have never had any problems and would recommend sawadee.com to everyone

Only issue is they dont have enough elevators (4) for 27 floors (I think) can lead to 20 minute waits at busy times.	great job, I was in a rush and they handled my request quickly.They were very helpful as well.

Hotel staffs are very nice. Great breakfast with many choices in Asian & Europian Style. I stayed in a superior room. It s in good condition but there is no rinse spray hose in the toilet. That s only bad thing. Anyway, I still recommend this hotel and choose this hotel for next vacation as it s valuable.	staff is very helpful and gave us many information. Will use this service again.
CM Couple 2008-12-23	Centara Duangtawan Hotel Chiang Mai, City, Loi Kho Road A lovely hotel. Very clean, efficient staff, great location. Excellent buffet breakfast with a very wide selection for Thai hotels. The pool is VERY cold. Highly recommend this hotel.	Very smooth as usual although we were disappointed that the special deal for residents of Thailand actually refers to Thai nationals.

LIM BEE TENG 2008-11-10	Centara Duangtawan Hotel Chiang Mai, City, Loi Kho Road The location is strategic(close to the night bazaar)n the hotel room is ok(spacious). However, the breakfast is below expectation especially Asian foods-noodles n fried rice are tasteless(expexted to hve the Thai style cooking but was dissapointed!)Fruits variety also very little.	Service of housekeeping is very slow. Check in hotel at 12.00pm but only get the towels at 1.00pm(after few intercomms). Same problem happened again next day. Room was cleanned but without towels until we intercommed hsekeeping at 6.00pm. The hotel lift also insufficient n inefficient(very slow!)
Mr. Ernie Draper 2008-11-07	Centara Duangtawan Hotel Chiang Mai, City, Loi Kho Road Good hotel, great staff in an excellent location. The only downside would be the lifts...they are very slow. We found the rooms to be very clean and comfortable and well priced. Would return there without hesitation.	AS usual....excellent
