Keith Huewen 2009-12-20	Windsor Suites Hotel Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 I ve stayed at the hotel before but don t remember the rooms to be so dated or badly seviced. Check in was very slow, not enough desk points. The Minister Suite we d booked had very tired decor, was grubby and had ants on the sink surfaces. It looked nothing like the photo on Sawadee.com. I asked to be moved and was given a much better room in the Garden Wing... but beware, there is absolutely no view of the city, (one of the main reasons to book this hotel). However, the price was very good and overall, considering the Soi 20 location, quite good value, (we were on a 3 for 2 night deal). BUT DON T TAKE THE TAXI DEAL ON SAWADEE.COM. You pay over twice the going rate from Bangkok airport to the hotel.	Great system and really easy to use. However, the taxi service offered from BKK to our hotel was too expensive and the Sawadee sitecouldn t cope, (or was too difficult to change), with cancelling this option after the initial booking. Don t use this service, get a taxi at the hotel for half the price!

For me the position is perfect, within easy reach of everything you need.	I haven t had any problems what-so-ever Each time that I have booked with sawadee.com, whether it be hotel bookings or trips/shows etc. I have had no problems at all
Peter Kolderup-Finstad 2009-11-15	Windsor Suites Hotel Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 we been staying at this hotel almost every year since 2001 and the standard seem to detorirate not much, but slowly. we had to ask the manager of he breafast restaurant to have bacon, because the chef did not want to serve it. Less personnel than it use to be. But still good hotel for the money.
Michael Evans 2009-10-31	Windsor Suites Hotel Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 When you book make sure you ask for a suite in the new building, as the suites in the old building are just ordinary rooms. Good service and good location.	Had no problems what so ever.
