Palazzo Bangkok, Ratchadapisek Road Very surprise when I stay on thed ay from 3rd to 5 th July, which I ask for non-smoking studio room, was given 2nd floor with small TV with no view. I return from outside Bangkok and stay from 10 to 12th July which I ask for smoking studio room, the reason, high fllor with view and large LCD TV. Why the different? Does guest who don t smoked panelise for given low floor and small TV. bEST REGARDS,Peter low |

Palazzo Bangkok, Ratchadapisek Road My stay at Palazzo this time was extremely pleasant. Hotel staff were always courteous and helpful. This hotel is located in the midst of the heavy night life area of Bangkok, so families with young children might not find the surrounding areas very palatable, however, there is absolutely no intrusion of night life related activities inside of the hotel premises, so one is at liberty to indulge in, or, reject such activities. |
Excellent - as always. |

Palazzo Bangkok, Ratchadapisek Road We had tried many small hotels in Bangkok. We found that Palazzo is the best. The room is in good size, only a bit dark but not affected us as we shopped the whole day. The buffet breakfast is perfect with many choices. The restaurant manager is very helpful. Many staffs in this hotel can speak English. It is good location if you want to visit Sunday Chatuchak market. Subway is only 5 mins walk from hotel. There is also interesting night market, behind hotel s subway station. We wil highly recommand this hotel. |

Palazzo Bangkok, Ratchadapisek Road We have stayed at the Palazzo before and are generally satisfied with it. The hotel is clean, comfortable and reasonable value. The only criticism we have, is that whenver we have stayed before, there is always something bizarre in the fittings that causes amusement; perhaps we were just unlucky. For example,we once had a bathroom where the shower fitting was only halfway up the wall, so it placed the water halfway up my chest. Suitable for a midget or a child, but not for most adult clients. This stay, we experienced again what we had in another room previously; tea-making facilities where the flex on the electric kettle was literally just four inches long, so the plug would only reach the socket if the kettle was rested on an inverted ashtray! These niggling little things detract from an otherwise well designed and furnished hotel. Breakfast is good, service fine from the staff. |
